              Installed reverse Osmosis and water softener and filter system in the house. We were told there is follow up and lifetime warranty. They omit the fact that there is high fee. After installing they never follow up or return calls. We noticed problems immediately after using the system was not working. I tried to get simple water test but after waiting for 4 months I decided to hire my own. Their response is always we have no one to come to your area. They didnt have issues coming to my area to get their money.They are conducting business that is scamming individuals by installing systems that doesnt work. They omit information so you dont have all the information to make decisions. I was told by warranty is only one year and we dont owe you anything Very horrible experience and treated badly by the management and business manager.
