Date of Signed contract: 10/10/2022 Signed with ************* (part of SQLA inc)Amount of Money Paid to the Business: $174,201.08 The Business committed to perform landscape remodeling of our residences back and front yard. The contract was signed on 10/10/2022 with estimate of job completion in 4-6 months. Revised project end time multiple times to 6/2023, then 10/2023. As of this date the project has not been completed and the work that has been completed so far is below the industry standard. Despite multiple attempts to have the business complete the project, and despite the up to date payment for the work performed as defined in the contract (and advanced payment for some of the work that is yet to be performed), 15 months after contract was signed, the project is not yet completed or anywhere near completion .
