      They will not send me my s*** I ordered until other people start buying two I have been waiting **** near 2 months now for my s*** bikeberry needs to have more products on on hand and not try to pre-sell every item they have

      I was sent a bike with the rims packaged loosely in the box. Both rims side walls became damaged. **** their costumer care person tried to blame me as the customer for rims being damaged. For weeks on end. So i took it upon myself to correct the issue. By filing the inside of the rims where the dents were SO LARGE. they were piching all the tubes and flattening them. Even with the bike immobile. Later down the line I was riding the **ZERO regularly as I normally do. I was on a straight road and path. My forks violently bent in towards me and lunged me off my bike. Slamming my head straight into the ground and injuring and bruising my stomach. If it wasn't for wearing a real motorcycle helmet. I could've probably gotten a very bad head injury. Bikeberry had a sales associate call me and promoise to replace the rims for free and both my rims. I sent them forks and they requested to keep my rims with me. I received an email. 2 weeks later stating their about to send out a new front rim and forks. I contact them to complain about not honoring what they tell me. **** again proceeds to argue filing a claim. At this point I give up. They posponed sending out my replacement even further. Recently I received the front rim and fork. To my SUPRISE. They sent me forks that are year code STAMPED 2012! Those were produced 12 YEARS AGO. Secondly I check the welds on the forks. Bottm end of the knuckles for the three tree forks ARE TACK welded. I guess bike berry attended to injure their cosutmers. NEVER doing business with them AGAIN. I should file a OSHA complaint against their business.

      Defective product, missing, parts, lousy assembly directions, and horrible customer service. They never refunded what they said they would, they never remediated the missing parts or the defective manufacturing, and now they are completely ignoring me. I've spent hundreds of dollars for a bike that is still lying in pieces on my living room floor months later. It cannot be assembled due to manufacturing defects which have been photographed and sent to them as they requested. Later I found another site of reviews for this company - all of them terrible and with similar complaints to my own. Don't trust this company for online sales!

      My son and I ordered a gas tank for his motorized bike, when the gas tank arrived from Fed-Ex the gas tank was scratched and dented... Also the UN_OPENED package bag containing the nuts , washer, and clamps did nut contain the bolts for assembly.When I called the customer service representative, she RUDELY hung up on me after two minutes... And did not even check the order or take any information!!!This was our first time ordering... Total cost was $65.06 USD

      Very disappointed in Bikeberry customer service. It has been just over a month of communicating with customer service and they still have not given us a refund. They first sent ** the incorrect bike instead of trike, then they offered for us to keep the bike but that was not an option for us. We asked for a refund instead. Then they offered to send the correct trike but we asked for a refund again. Still no confirmation on refund and it's been since February 27th. Warning to others, this is not a trustworthy company

      First time ordering from this site. It has not been a good experience, so it will be my last. First, my order had still not shipped as we were nearing day 4, so I called them only to find out they were holding my order due to one item being out of stock, BUT the item was not out of stock when I ordered and paid for it nor was it updated as out of stock when the guy told me that on the phone. He gave me a choice to remove the item, issue me a refund and have it finally ship out the next day, which was day 4 after I had ordered - I agreed to do that. Next afternoon, still no email updates that anything had shipped AND no refund for "out of stock" item, Nothing. I emailed them, and within one hour, I received a shipping email that all items had shipped. Fast forward to tonight when the package arrived. The item I was told on the phone prior to shipping that was supposedly out of stock and to be refunded to me was in the order, but then we had one item missing and another one was the incorrect exhaust altogether. This is absurd. I just don't understand what is so hard about just being honest with the customer, and fulfill the order as they paid for it, OR reach out to the customer to let them know what you do not have in stock and issue them a refund for that item. I have a bad feeling that I will be chasing these people for longer than necessary to get this resolved. DON'T ORDER FROM HERE unless it is one or two items and you don't mind getting scammed. They cannot handle a larger order or honesty. They will rob you blind.

      I ordered an ebike, called a Gigabyke Swift, in 2020 that arrived broken. For three months, I attempted to either return it or have someone diagnose the problem. Finally, someone did. The entire bike required reprogramming, for some reason he didn't know. For an hour, *************** sat on the phone with me and went through every setting. Finally my problem was solved!Little did I know, I soon realized I had another one. There were no replacement batteries available to purchase for my ebike. So not only would I not be able to ride while one battery was charging, my bike would lose the "e" function as soon as this battery wore out. For 18 months, I called or emailed Bikeberry regularly, asking to purchase a backup battery. For 18 months, I either received no reply or got told the batteries "aren't available yet."Two years later, my battery finally wore out. And while staff has been trying to help, they sent me THREE SEPARATE INCORRECT BATTERIES for the $500 I sent them. At no point in this process was a refund ever offered to **** have never had a worse experience, buying anything, in my entire life. Please don't make the same mistake I did.

      FRAUD. I ordered a bike that was advertised as a womens bike when it got to my house you could clearly tell it was a Childrens bike. I called and explained the situation, they were very rude and kept telling me its a womens bike.. Im 5 foot, very short, and my knees hit the handle bars. I told him that I would exchange the bike and get another one and pay the difference and they told me I couldnt because it was past the return policy date although they NEVER emailed me the return policy. When I told him this they told me its written on their website and I told them that I was never personally given the return policy and my receipt and that I did not know the return policy. Now Im stuck with a $300 childrens bike that I will never use.

      DO NOT BUY from bikeberry.com! Bad policy=bad customer satisfaction. I purchased a bike for $630 in June of 2022 and it arrived defective due to the front fork being bent to the point of not being able to even put the front tire on. So, not even being able to ride the bike you'd think that they would exchange the bike for customer satisfaction...NOPE! I have all chat transcripts, saved and on file, from 3 different days trying to get this resolved. I have photos of the defect and the packaging it was shipped in. The packaging was perfect on arrival but in one of the chats they tried to say shipping couldve damaged it even though they had the photos already. In the first chat log, they wouldn't provide me with a return authorization. They do/say whatever they feel even if its not accurate/true. Also, their return policy page states that they will refund or exchange a defective PRODUCT, and after 5 days of normal use. Remind you, I wasn't able to even test it for 5 days because its defective beyond rideable out the box. So what did they do? They state that the fork will be replaced because that's the defective "product", and that their warranty policy will override their return policy..HUH? Here's the issue: I did not buy the fork as the "product", I purchased a brand new bike as the product. The fork happens to be a part of the bike but again I did not buy a fork. I spent $630 for a bike, NOT A FORK. At this point, Ive had enough, Ill NEVER purchase from Bikeberry.com again. Well see if they honor their warranty going forward if the need arises. So, they send the fork, and now I'm responsible for replacing the fork and fixing a brand new bike that I haven't even rode yet. I also had to disassemble the front brake just to be able to transfer it over to the new fork, its been a complete headache. Bikeberry.com has awful customer satisfaction policy and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND SHOPPING ELSEWHERE! They didnt even offer any compensation for the hassleTERRIBLE!

      I purchased an electric conversion kit from them. I read the description very carefully to make sure that the kit comes with everything needed to make this conversion. The web page for the item clearly states that the optional battery is included. I did not receive the battery and when I called, I was told that it was optional. It would be an additional $400. I asked for an rma to return the product and I still have not received this either. Unless you know exactly what you need, dont purchase from this place

      I am opting to keep the parts and I am going elsewhere for any all extra parts I need. Your descriptions are misleading and I hope others will read this and not be put in the same predicament.
