I had read the previous reviews and was really hopeful I would have a great experience but had noticed the issues some had with estimates. I unfortunately had the same experience. I had a frozen broken pipe and needed to get a whole kitchen remodel, all new flooring, drywall, etc. It was a job that would be over $70k. Omar was great to meet with at first seemed like everything would go smoothly but we had our appointment in January and it took until end of February to get an estimate (which wasn't even completed). I called weekly and towards the end every other day just trying to get the bid. Murphy was great and really tried to help as much as he could but his hands were tied. Since it was an insurance claim I did need material and labor broken out. After another week or so of back and forth (mind you the estimate was still incomplete and missing things) I called today and the secretary Johni was so rude. She was like "we would never do it that way" and I was explaining the need is for insurance to pay out and being a small community we are limited on workers in that area. I then said " So instead of just breaking out the estimate Omar wants to loose this job, as well as the future job of a full backyard and front yard remodel and add on?" She was so confident in her "yep". So disappointed being a resident and being displaced is already challenging enough but to then have to deal with this for over two months is ridiculous.

They do a great job on landscaping...But home construction they are not good at! Drywall has been the worst ever! I have corners with exposed metal corners in multiple areas (95% of all corners you can see the metal trim that is installed) One side of my living room was layered over heavily with drywall mud and is bulging 3 mm thick. I have one corner that has holes in it. They did not even look at the other side of the corner. To make things worse the man that can to do the texture had made a comment about the drywall and still textured over it. I also have a wall that was not sanded so when you walk by it if you rub against the hallway wall it will scratch your skin and make your skin red and raw. My favorite of all is they send 2 people for each job so they can charge you for full price for the assistant that is outside on the phone with the school about his son wanting to go home sick. The plumbers assistant was out side I could not find him. $240.00 per hour!! This is such a scam. By the way... They come to work but don't tell you when or what days during the week they take off or hours they work. Communication is terrible with them as well. The manager showed up bullying me over the job and payment. They don't give you an itemized estimate or bill just show up at your house and tell you that you are paying the full price of the estimate that's not itemized at all or spell out there warranty, if you cancel anything you won't get a credit for it either!! They said they would have someone come out after seeing the poor work they did and no one has shown up since 3 weeks later. Thank god I didn't let them paint my kitchen and living room!! I have so many mistakes that need to be corrected, not a phone call or anything. They just abandon the job!!!
