  Estimate issued was not approved by my insurance so I told Estradas Construction that we would be cutting a few things out of the estimate. Not only were several items cut out of the bid but the workmanship has been horrible. I have had to hire another company to take over after Estradas abandon the job. Estradas constructions is now demanding that I pay full estimated price to be paid in full for work not completed not to mention unacceptable work done. I can not put my house on the market for sell looking like it does with bulging a bulging wall in the living room! You can't hide that! Estradas has walked off the job, said they would send a person out at 1 pm. They never sent an itemized statement I am willing to pay them for services rendered but I am not paying for what was not done or for paying labor at $488.00 and hour that's in sane! Who does that?? My insurance company would not pay for 45% of there estimated bill and Estradas knows that.

  Customer service is something our company take seriously. We have attempted to reached out to the customer so we can address her concerns but has not yet returned our call.

  We did met with the customer on 01/14/2022 to go over the job and a do quality check before final invoice was sent. She went over the job with the estimator and electrician and we made adjustments to the invoiced work to deduct the customer supplied material and some drywall cutting she completed. The work, according to the owner at the meeting, was to her satisfaction once the adjustments were made to her final invoice for her part. We also did approximately $800+ in additional electrical repairs not charged for.

  This was an insurance job and we were expecting to get paid by the insurance company but, they paid her direct.

  Please have the customer contact us so we can get this resolved.
