      This company blatantly continues to falsely advertise availability of their product Vital Reds. Not only did they use a come on offer to buy 12 over 6 at a discount, which they charged as an order for 18 and not a replacement for the original order of 6 for the discounted 12. Then based on their ************ was in stock, they have failed to deliver after 5 weeks, but when called for the 2nd time they say it's not in stock, which is in complete reversal of their representation 2 weeks ago. even knowing they have no inventory, they continue to advertise that there are 169 bottles left so hurry up and order. That is completely dishonest and reprehensible.

      I am rejecting this response because: In a very recent email Dr. ********************** is promoting having 319 bottles left.  This is blatant false advertising when in fact he can't even fill the order that is a month old.  There is nothing reputable about his marketing.  They need to fill existing overdue orders and not promote more unfulfilled orders.

      On 8/16/23, I ordered one product online from Dr. ********************** ******* but immediately was billed for several products. . . since I had no direct contact with the company, I filed a complaint online. I'd like to have my order canceled, and the cost refunded.

      I've been sent an unauthorized pending order for the exact same thing using my 2 week old debit card. I didn't make this pending order for $180 Ca. How did you get my number? I also received two of the same thing and would like my money back.

      I am so sorry for any frustration this may have caused. I can assure you that the two transactions from 7/30 were declined, so any pending status should have fallen off after 3-5 Business Days.       I ordered 6 bottles of Vital Reds at a cost of $181.00 it has been over 3 weeks time and still no delivery. I tried using the website to track my shipment but no order is shown in my account so I sent a chat message but after waiting several days did not receive any answer. I tried calling to find out what was happening but was put on hold and never got an operator. I am now wondering if they are still in business??

I have checked your account and do see that you had been sent an email on 7/11/2023 regarding the delay, along with a 10% discount for the inconvenience. Unfortunately you stated that the discount was insufficient for the inconvenience, and wanted the order cancelled and refunded. I can confirm that as requested, you have been successfully refunded for the order requested as of 7/24/2023. Due to the inconvenience, we will go ahead and process a refund for the remaining upsell order of 3 Vital Reds that as a One Time Courtesy and still allow the order to ship to you at no cost as soon as the product is back in stock. You will see those refunds back in your account in 3-5 business days. Thank you for reaching out.

      I placed an order on Feb 27 2023 for 3 Bio Complete and paid/was charged ****** on Feb 28. I received an order number ***-081365859/GM16809237 and a tracking link. On Saturday March 11 I was advised my order had been delivered - but I hadnt received it. When I checked the tracking link it was updated to say order was delivered at 15:12. I was home all day and received NO delivery.I emailed Gundry MD ************* on March 12 - **************** took my case and I was allocated a case ref CASE15249317 and she replied March 13.At first I was simply told my order was delivered and to check the tracking. I then advised my order was NOT delivered and Id checked with all my neighbours despite no missed delivery card being put through my door. I did all I could to trace this delivery. ******* then told me to go to my ************* but I had no card or ** delivery reference number - only the reference from the international tracking. I also asked ******* to confirm was it Royal Mail who delivered the order or a courrier - this question was never answered.I asked her to investigate and to provide proof of delivery so that I could try and determine where the delivery was from a photo - this was never provided.I asked why a delivery with a value of 150 was sent out without requesting a signature and/or providing proof of delivery. This was never answered.I requested a refund ********************************************************* Ive had no response to my last 2 emails.Please issue a refund.

      I ordered a bottle of vitamins from Dr. ********************** at the ******************* At the "check out" I ordered ONE bottle. A few days later I received FOUR bottles. The extra bottles cost $83.99 !! I called the center waiting hours on the ONLY phone number provided. When I told the customer service representative that I only ordered one bottle she said I could return the other three bottles and gave me a reference number to use.The catch----I have to pay for shipping the bottles back that I didn't order.This is a racket!! They have your credit card number and feel they can use it to charge you for more things you didn't order. I know it happens all the time and people let it go. More need to complain.I want the $15.99 it cost me to ship back items that I didn't want !!

      I signed up for a subscription (monthly deliveries of the weight loss product. They charged my account but did not deliver our paid for product. We had a similar problem in the past, and thought we'd give them another shot. Same damn problem. Great products, just messed up process.

      Ordered supplements from ****** MD. The order was on 07/16/2021 for ****** MD Bio Complete 3 - 3 bottles $44.95 $134.85 Total $148.69 A second *unauthorized* order was charged that same day ORD-XXXXXXXXX ****** MD Bio Complete 3 - 6 bottles $32.95 $197.70 total Total $217.96 When I called customer service they said the orders are being shipped in the same box. Therefore I cannot refuse one part of the order without opening the box and having to pay return shipping for the items I didn't order. I expect a full refund of both orders immediately. The box will be rejected upon receipt and returned to sender. Shame on you for trying to take advantage of a Senior Citizen in this way!
