Paid ****** for concert for *********** At September 15th2021. Paid with ******** card. All access never provided tickets. Numerous emails sent about where are the tickets. Never received any correspondence.Company claims tickets were sent , however there e mail address is not the address I provided. My e mail address is ********************** ********** They used ************************** which is not mine. I've heard and read about all there different scams they use . That is one of them. Never received anything.They also had my tel # XXX-XXX-XXXX. Again I used my ******** card it got reimbursed then withdrew it as all access sent them false info.Business response

The email entered was ****************************** The tickets were transferred to that email on 5/24/21 , the same day he purchased them. It seems as if the customer entered in his email wrong which is not our responsibility. I have a copy of of proof that that was indeed the case. He also entered in the wrong phone number as you can also see on the attached documents.Initial Complaint

I am reaching out because I purchased tickets for a concert for********** for the date of 3/27/2022 . I went to the place where the event took place and was not let in due to the fact that I was sent a QR code instead of the actual barcode ticket they needed. I was not able to attend because they said the tickets were not in my name nor released from the seller to me. I called the day of the event and was just provided this same exact information of the QR codes instead of the actual barcode (for example a barcode you would find on a milk carton is what the representative at the ticket station told me upon arrival). I was turned away from the event and was not able to attend due to having valid/accurate tickets that I was provided with. I was put on hold then hung up on and not contacted at all. I got completely scammed by this company by them not providing me with the tickets I paid for. Every time I call I don't get an answer and the email on their website also comes back invalid. It's a fraudulent site!! I need a full reimbursement.Business response

I purchased tickets through tickets access on December 26, 2019 for the Lion King. The performance was supposed to take place in May of 2020 but due to COVID the show was delayed until December 2, 2021. Yesterday when my mother and I went to get our tickets from will-call I was informed that there were no tickets there for me. I called TA and they said that the tickets were there. I did try to file a fraud report with our credit card company but I was past the 538 complaint window. Again, due to COVID I was not able to realize that this company was fraudulent. Today I spoke with the VIP of ticket sales at the performing arts center who tried to help me get refunded from TA asking for proof of delivery. TA could not provide that. I am out almost $750 and would like to be refunded. Thank you for any help you can provideBusiness response

A fraudulent charge from a vendor by the name of All Access Tickets came up on my Capital One CC statement. I immediately called All access tickets back in July 2021 to notify them that I did not make this purchase. They told me that all purchases were final and there was no refund policy so I would have to contact my credit card company. They state specifically that my email and billing address matched what they had on file and that is why they were denying a refund. I contacted Capital One and opened a claim in July 2021. For whatever reason the claim was later denied and the charge showed back up on my account. I called Capital One again to reinstate this claim and the lady I spoke to put in another refund request due to not receiving the purchase. I then called All Access Tickets again and told them that I reopened a claim with Capital One and that to date I had yet to receive anything from them and that I did not purchase these tickets. They stated that they would not send me anything until 2â€5 business days prior to the event via email and that they send the tickets electronically. The event in question is supposedly to take place on Nov 5, 2021. I questioned this because if it were all electronic anyway why would they not just go ahead and send the electronic tickets that I "supposedly" purchased. The man from All Access Tickets stated it was because they were "backedâ€up," which sounded like a hoax to me to begin with. I want my money refunded and credited back to my account. The in hand date for the tickets the customer purchased and then had buyers remorse is approx 48hr prior to the event. that is when we get our tickets in and electronically delivery them to the customer. I purchased tickets to see Hamilton the Musical at Broadway at the Eccles. I paid ******* for one ticket on ******** *** ***** I received an email on ***** ***** **** stating the event had been postponed and recieved another email later stating that the event was canceled. Only to later see that the event was apparently still going on? I'm very confused and frustrated because I spent a lot of money for that onr ticket. I was told I'd recieve a refund but still have not seen anything. Even if the event was still going on, I was told that the event was canceled and didn't even get to go see the show due to being told it was canceled by the sellers. I just want a refund because this has been very unprofessional and stressful.Business response

This company refuses to allow access to tickets I purchased on January 8, 2021 for ******** to **** ***** AT THE WARF IN ORANGE BEACH AL THAT WAS ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED ON JUNE 4, 2021 and rescheduled to July 31, 2021. I purchased insurance through Allianz travel insurance and they are requesting my original tickets which have never been emailed or shipped. They are accusing the artist of not releasing tickets until 24/48 hours before the actual concert. This is absolutely ridiculous because the original show was over a month ago. I have had nothing but issues with this company and I want my refund. I will be filing through PayPal which is how I paid THANK GOD because these people are scam artist who take your money and refuse to even release your tickets. They should be investigated and SHUT DOWN. I am beyond angry and would like someone to investigate this situation and contact me with details of what Is found so that millions of others don't get cheated out of thousands of dollars ofBusiness response
