On 12/8/21, my husband and I went to the TB at **** H St and were met with utter rudeness. We attempted to use the kiosk, only to have it not work once it came to pay. We went to the register and ordered with a woman that had no idea how to ring people up. She was friendly, but kept cancelling the transaction multiple times. It finally went through and she gave us our drinks. As we waited for our food a supervisor/manager started talking to her and then yelled out to us in the restaurant that payment did not go through. We checked the cc app and confirmed it had, and even showed them. He became hostile and argued that it had not, and demanded we pay again. He became increasingly rude and unprofessional. He refused to give us our food and we left. Today the charge was approved on the cc, and yet we never got the food we paid for. I have never experienced such rudeness. No apology and no decorum at all!
