On 8-13-21 around 8:15 a.m. tech showed up at our residence. I totally had all parts already removed from the brass fitting for the tub. I couldn't remove the moen 1200 cartridge because it was stuck. The tech used a puller tool to remove the cartridge. It was removed with no difficulty with the tool. I called their office and attempted to work outa fair price. They were unwilling to do that. I feel I was grossly overcharged. I am willing to pay a fair price but in my opinion this was NOT a fair price. I wrote a check for $250.00.Business response

Hello, in reviewing the complaint, we made and adjustment and mailed a refund check for $40.00 dollars. i left a message with him on Friday, August 13,2021. I have also called back to discuss the issue and he did not respond to my message from friday, August 13, 2021 or answer a call from August 19th, 2021.
