refused to refund full amount stuff bought under warranty. Invoice number: ***********. My batteries were under warranty and they went bad. I came to the Bakersfield truck center to get cover under warranty. they only had one battery under stock and other 3 batteries I had to get under warranty refund. When I bought the new batteries the associate said he cannot give core credit for the 3 batteries because he has to do under warranty refund which will come in the mail. He also said that refund will include battery price and core price included. The receipt arrived in the mail. they only refunded the battery amount but not the core. I went to freightliner to sought this out. they refuse to refund my money and told me that they could give 3 core batteries instead. they shorted me 101.25 plus tax from refund. person who refused to refund the full amount is the manager name **** ******. I lost all trust in the Bakersfield truck center. It is a total shame that Bakersfield truck center that I been costumer for over 15 yrs plus will treat there costumer this badly.

I was out of the office when the customer came in on the 18th.. He was told by our staff that I needed to research the warranty claim. When I returned on the afternoon of the 18th I was made aware of Mr. ******* warranty claim and his concerns. I pulled the file on the claim found it had been paid. On the morning of the 19th I called Mr. ***** and informed him a credit had been issued to him. I believed the matter was resolved at this time.
