July 27,2017 a contract was sign that Mr ******* was going to build a home on ***** ***** for the sum of 350,000.00 and needed a 10% deposit which came to $35,000.00. Then nothing was done and i ended up purchasing another home and ask him if he could used that deposit which he didn't spend anything not even plot plans for prior home. He said he could but it would only be 10,000 credit not the full 35,000. Then i said i wanted my money back. Just keep on giving me the run around and text messages not respond. I feel he was just dragging to keep the money and not do anythingInitial Complaint

We had a pool built by GM contractors completed in February. In June, we discovered that the valve switch on pool pump was cut by his plumber so that it would fit in area where he placed the pipes. After repeated contacts with business in the last 4 months, many with no response, the valve has still not been replaced. We have a 3 year warranty that he is not tending to.Business response

I have already fix and complete all the issues he was complaining.I had a conversation with him this morning about 9:30am and he told me he was going to remove the complaint.
Please send me a confirmation of the closing of this complaint as soon as you close this case.
