I had a whistle sound coming from my air air conditioner. The repairman said he would have to replace a part that costs $800.00 dollars to fix it. I had another man come out. He said all I needed was to change my air filters. That cost me $110.00! In addition the second repairman said that the part the first guy said needing replacing had an emergency switch that would shut the whole thing off if it broke down. I called All Climate, the manager said she was sorry I had a bad experience but was glad I had it fixed and then she told me to have a nice day. I hope you never use this company for anything.Review from Zakery H

Steven O***** is perfect example of good customer service. He definitely knew his stuff, very personable and a nice guy. They showed Up an hr early, figured out the problem quick our heating is back up and running thank you so much Steven with All Climate! I would recommend this genial man to all my friends and family. Service technician Steven O***** came out last month for our fall servicing. We have a unit that we got from All Climate 18 years ago, so his comprehensive and thoughtful evaluation was especially appreciated. The technician, Steven O*****, was polite and professional. He got right to the job at hand which was to check our HVAC unit in preparation to running the heater this fall and winter. Following the service Steven went over everything he did. There were no problems with the unit so no repairs were needed at this time.
