      I purchased/ordered suspension equipment from PRG on October 20, 2021. After some time I received email notice from PRG (****) on November 19th, 2021 that with some delay some items would be shipped. I received this partial shipment on January 5, 2022 (about 50% of the listed products) and sent a note about what was received. I got a quick response back that the remainder of the items would be shipped in the next 48 hrs. I received some of those items a few weeks later. At this point I'm only missing two items (rear shocks and a U-bolt flip kit). On March 16, 2022 I sent a follow up email. On April 24th, 2022 I sent a follow up email. On June 2, 2022 I sent a follow up email. On August 5, 2022 I sent a follow up email and received a response. ****, responded staying he would ship them the following week (with apology). Nothing arrived. I emailed back on October 6, 2022, and again December 8 2022 with no response. Since then I have called their office, hoping to have a different outcome then email, but no answer. At this point I still am missing part of the order and have not received response.

      I ordered motor mounts on Jan. 25th 2023. They were listed as being in stock. After waiting 3 weeks I inquired about the status of the order. Business did not respond... I sent two more emails across 2 more weeks, still no response. Called and left message, no response. After 7 weeks I had to cancel my order. The *** site suggests most items should arrive in 2 weeks. The business did refund my order without any hassle which is a positive. However, I think most consumers expect a little more courtesy. If I had received an email 7 weeks ago saying it was going to be 2-3 months to get my order, I would have already found another option. The business owner treats customers as if they are being done a favor instead of treating them like paying customers. If you are considering PRG products, I would suggest going somewhere else. As you can see *** expresses a tremendous amount of hostility here on BBB. I wish I had checked BBB out before placing my order and wasting 7 weeks waiting and being ignored by ***...

      So I orders motor mount for titan on 18 Jan 2023 paid ****** dlls plus ***** for taxes no shipping, order *****. So I was a loyal customer these isn't the first purchase I made from PRG but customer service went down I tried calling, sending emails also voice mail and no respond. So I just want my money back.

      ********* was refunded within 15 of his email requesting I cancel his order. The BBB and ********* can f*** offer. What a s***** and useless organization the BBB is. All employees there should stab themselves in the eye

      I have two orders that need addressing:The first order was my fault, I somehow placed an identical order for a product I had previously bought. I contacted **** and he said he'd issue me a refund(9/20/22). I even told him to charge me a cancellation fee, because this was my fault. However, I am still waiting for the ************ 1/8/23. Order #***** The second order #***** was placed on 8/7/2022. This order was for some replacement shocks (bilstein ****) as the one on my truck currently is blown out. I understand there is supply chain issues etc. etc. But I sent more than a few emails to see the status on this order. I'd still like the shocks in any form 1-3" or even 2-4" IF they're in stock. If not, then I'd simply like a refund to purchase shocks elsewhere to get my vehicle running properly. Im not looking for an explanation or anything, just hoping to get these two orders resolved/refunded and put behind me.

      Both ******* orders have been refunded. ****** lives in HI and shipping is often difficult as it can be as expensive as the item being bought. We have cover Justins shipping on other orders. i msorry this didnt work out.

      I had placed an order on June 01, 2022 for multiple items for my **** ****** Titan. One item(Rough Country traction bars) came quickly from another manufacturer. The other items never came until I started calling after the *****week I waited. I knew the Radflo front shocks take ***** week build time so I thought he was just waiting to send everything at once. After calling and several emails the other 3 items arrived. I still had not received my front Radflo shocks($951). He acknowledged that he didn't know what was going on over there and offered cheaper alternative, but it would not work in my application. I requested a full refund of the $951 for the Radflo shocks I purchased. Does not answer phone, return messages or emails.

      Placed an order for two rear shocks for my 2021 ****** Titan on 2 Dec 2022 for $258.20 total after taxes (order #*****). No product as of yet, placed numerous phone calls with no contact other than 7 Dec 2022 with **** who stated he would get them out by that week. As of 14 Dec 2022, placed numerous calls and messages with no reply or contact. At this point need a full refund back to my credit card ASAP.

      I made a purchase from PRG Products, on August 13, 2022, of an item that had an initial lead time documented on their website of ***** days (it still shows ***** days even today). I called PRD Products after 30 days regarding the lead time and informed them that the lead time on their website was ***** days. That lead time increased to **** weeks, and a few weeks later to 16 weeks. At the 8 week ***** when I found out the lead time was 16 weeks, I cancelled my order and **** of PRG Products assured me that he would immediately process my cancellation. At the time of this complaint, it's been 17 natural days/11 business days since the cancellation and I still have not received a refund for my order, which was $1,026.60. I emailed PRG Products on October 28, 2022 and have not received a reply. I also called numerous times on November 1, 2022 and November 4, 2022 and my calls were not answered; I left a voicemail each time and I never received a call back. No method of communication is being responded to and it seems that they refuse to provide me a refund for my cancelled order. All I want is a refund from PRG Products.

      On 3 November 2021, I placed order #***** with PRG Products. The order was for two items. I received the first item in January 2022. However, the second item, details below, were never shipped. I repeatedly tried to contact PRG via phone and email and was promised that the item would be coming in a week or two. Finally, in August, I asked for a refund for the parts. *** stated that they would send me a refund the following week. They failed to provide a refund, and refuse to answer emails or phone calls despite multiple attempts and voicemails. I desire a refund of the price paid for the item as well as sales tax.       I purchased a Budget Titan Swap Kit from **** for $2,168.51 on January 1st, 2022. On March 25th, 2022 I recieved a shipment that only included the upper and lower control arms in the kit. I emailed **** multiple times and recieved an email apologizing for the delay and that the rest of the kit would be shipped the next day. The rest of the kit has still had not shown up after a couple months. During that time I moved to a different state in July of 2022. I have emailed and called **** multiple times to let him know of my new address and to try to get an update on my order. I still have not heard from him from him and it is October 10th, 2022. I need him to contact me as I have spent alot of money with no product in hand and have been contemplating making a few changes to what I want to do to my vehicle and want his best opinion on what parts I need to change within the kit. Filing this complaint is my last resort as I can not get ahold of him any other way.

      I purchased a suspension upgrade system from **** at PRG, and received the system for installation on my **** ****** Xterra. Once I received and installed the lift kit and suspension upgrade, the left side shock absorber began displaying an unusual squeal and squeak when the truck's tires moved up and down over small bumps in the roads. I called **** and explained that the shock was defective, making an obvious loud squeal that the right side did not exhibit - nor did either of my older shocks. **** was sent video of the noises, and advised that I switch the sides of the shock to make sure it wasn't another component. When I did and the sound persisted, **** emailed me in October of 2021 to inform me that he was sending a replacement "right away." I called every month for the past year leaving voicemails, never having one returned - always informing him that I was waiting for the replacement promised in my email. I to this date have not received an email or a phone call from him following up from his warranty replacement "promise."

      we have been trying to sort a better seal system, and ******* of the shocks WILL replace them under warranty (we do not manufacture the part that is leaking). However, i will send a replacement shock asap
