    I received a bag with green paint & a hole in the side of the bag. They will not fix, replace or exchange. When I showed the junk product I was sold for $1500 I was blocked instead of making the situation right! They advertised real & quality products but in reality it’s all junk! They do dishonest & bad business. Items are not advertised as they are received.

    I ordered two items during their Presidents Day weekend sale. After placing my order, I began to see multiple complaints about the company’s authenticity and product offerings. I decided to cancel my order. No items had shipped at all. I reached out and asked for the order to be canceled and requested a refund. I had utilized a third party financing company to allow for smaller payments over time. The customer service representative said they would cancel my order. I did not receive any confirmation to confirm the order was canceled so I asked again and they then said they would issue me a credit to use at a later time. I told them I didn’t want a credit and again asked for proof of order cancellation. They sent me a screenshot showing order canceled and credit issued. I reached out again stating I didn’t want a credit and to be notify creditor of order status. A few weeks have passed and I am getting payment requests for the order. I once more reached out to the company and asked them to rectify this with the creditor. They responded back saying “They don’t do this and that I agreed to a credit” I never agreed and stated so in more than one email. I just want them to notify the creditor my order is canceled so that they themselves can rectify their own account/ not tarnish my credit in the process of this seemingly “unpaid” account. The company is not willing to budge on their side and continues to claim that I agreed to a credit. I explained more than once that I had no intentions of purchasing anything in the future and would like them to do the right thing on my part.

    The company reached out again and insisted I agreed to a store credit by screenshotting my “thank you” to them for stating they would cancel and send proof of cancellation. They did not send me the email I sent back stating I did not want a credit and would not be making any more purchases.

    I ordered a bag worth 1326 .. After ordering I was like , it doesn’t have the actual photos of bag only a model.. So I asked them to cancel it just refund me.. Since prefer not shipped yet.. They said they can cancel it and give me in store credit.. And they still shipped it.. When I received the bag, it is obviously not authentic? The smell, the stitch, the cloth inside, no code or serial number..And they said maybe it has been replace to look better.. So the bag is clearly not authentic..And I returned it back..And they don’t want to refund me.. They re stealing money even it is not authentic and you don’t trust them you don’t have to right to get back your money and decide where to use your money.. It is fraud,,, they want to replace another bag…Or give you in store credit ti buy their fake bags??? They’re selling fake bags why will they force to use your refund for their fake bags…

    On Friday 12/20/24 I had been looking at the Vintage Boho Bags website and had two items in my cart but did not check out. My young daughter got my phone and was able to make the purchase. Once I got an email confirmation for the order and realized the order had been placed I reached out to the company via email, instagram messager, and filled out a form via their website to cancel the order as it had been made in error. I reached out each day and understood it was the weekend but the owner was also active on their business page account and I have had conversations with her prior to this instance where it was not an issue for her to respond but she did not response in regards to these messages (and still has not as of Monday 12/23/24). I finally received communication back on Monday 12/23/24 via email from their customer service department telling me that even though my order has not been processed or shipped they were unable to cancel my order and give me a refund but could issue me store credit. I explained that the order was made in error and store credit does not help to resolve the issue and charge. I did inform them that I would be reaching out to my bank to dispute the charge as it was made in error. I have not received a response back.

    I paid $1148.62 for 2 authentic Louis Vuitton purses. I only received one purse. It is not authentic. The second purse and leather conditioner never came. They claim ups delivered it, the signature on the thing they sent me is forged, it is not mine or my husband’s. There is fraud going on at this company
    They are selling purses that are not authentic and they are not even sending the fake ones in the mail to the customers who paid for them
    I’m demanding a full refund! Bekka has been e mailing me and I told her it was never delivered and that signature is not anyone at this house! She keeps blaming ups and not offering a refund!
    So many consumers are getting swindled by this company! Someone needs to stop this!!

    I placed my order online on Sunday. They are closed on Sunday. I canceled my order the same day. They will not refund me. I never even received the product. They said they will give me store credit. Store credit for a product they never sent me. That I never received. That’s stealing.

    I purchased this material during 4th of July sale. I received material on 7/15/24. False advertising, they state on their site that they repurpose, repair, authentic LV bags. However, they make their bags out of LV material and claim they are not associated nor sponsored or endorsed by LV. I paid over $600 for material that is not authentic, refurbished, repurposed, nor repaired. They will not reimburse, they will only credit for an upgrade which means I will have to
    Pay almost $1000 for another counterfeit bag.

    This bag was purchased for $600 approximately for Christmas present. By February the bag was cracking and pieces breaking off of the trim on the bag. I reached out to the company for a repair and they respond that the bag looks like someone or something bit the bag or I intentionally damaged the bag and my repair would cost an additional $300 at my cost. I find it completely appalling that I am being accused of this,The bag has been used less than 2 months nothing bit the bag and the piece missing is because the leather is extremely hard and once cracked stated falling apart which makes me believe that it is either fake or not made properly it also had a funny order to it when unpacked. I either want a refund and I will send the bag back or a repaired for free. I have purchased several items from them as well as family members and none of us have ever put in a complaint or issue with them. Please assist me with this as it was a gift and $600 for this one item is not a cheap purchase. Please see the photos and response from the company on this matter

    Vintage boho is making bags from fake LV or Gucci canvas. This is super illegal!! They advertise that they’re real, but they’re just leather bags they make and glue LV canvas on. I’ve purchased a couple real LVs through them and they came with canvas cracks and tears and a horrible smell. The company does not issue refunds and will not call you back.
    They’ve been sued several times- I don’t understand how they’re still in business.
    She moved the “business” to Puerto Rico so she doesn’t have to pay Cali taxes. So the IRS might want to look into that too. They are a super shady company.

    I sent an order back and the company is refusing to give me a refund which is what I asked for.. I even paid extra to ship the bag back and they still refused to give me a refund even though they are reselling the bag I sent back.. They are trying to make a double proof on this one bag and that is just robbery.. That should not be allowed.. I have tried to contact them multiple times and they just refuse to give me a refund even though they have the bag back .. They tried to give me a store credit which I told them from the get go I did not want a store credit and I wanted a refund.. But they are still refusing to give me a refund even though they are not losing any money by giving me the refund because they are already reselling the bag I sent back ..
