      They should reserve a two queen **** room, but they reserved a only one bed room for two people and they reject to resolve the problem.

      We booked tickets for a 5 day DC-NY-Niagara tour starting from 2nd of July. The website and communication we received stated that the bus is well equipped with AC and there was no statement confirming we have to get down at each stop. We had specifically stated we have elderly parents travelling with us and they cannot get on and off the bus frequently. When we reached the starting point, we found that the bus AC was not working well and all other customers were complaining about the same. After just 2 stops we had to abandon the tour. We asked the guide to reach out to the company but he did not call anyone. The bus driver made us get down at each stop and told us to wait in 90 Deg weather in Washington DC. We had to pull all our luggage in the middle of the road and had to make alternate arrangements with having our 75 year old parents stranded on the sidewalk. When we tried to reach the company they lied saying that they had changed the bus, when we saw the same bus(bus # **** in Niagara falls the next day right outside our hotel. When I informed this to the business they did not respond. This is a fraud business and I later found that they have been doing so with other customers as well. I had paid ***** for the tour and we were on the bus for hardly an hour. I request the business to fully refund my money and better improve their quality of business. This trip caused us a lot of distress with carrying Children(12 and 10 year old) and older parents(72 and 74 years old) in the middle of summer with high heat indexes.

It just needs time to cool the whole vehicle. The scenic spots are quite close in DC. The AC was on once you come back in the bus, but it takes time to feel it. And the tour guide had explained all this to all the customers, and it is reported that the AC is perfectly working We understand that you are upset and we apologize for the inconvinienced caused. However, you also signed a release form stating that you voluntarily give up your tour. The signed documents was sent to us by our local office stating that you freely give up the tour with your signature on it. We understand that you request to have your payment refunded. Kindly note that you already filed a chargeback for this reservation. Thanks you. The Bus did not have AC working and was complained by passengers who were in the bus starting in NJ and for 4 hours the AC still dint kick in. SO I do not agree that the bus AC was working. There is no proof other than the statement that bus had proper AC. On the charges, I have not received the payment so I do not agree that the case is closed and I have received any refund. Please note that we can provide the signed documents that you voluntarily terminate the tour and you are made aware that it will be non-refundable. We will be unable to offer any refund as you already filed a chargeback. If we refund you, it means you will received a double amount. We are coordinating with your bank at the moment as they are asking for proof of your tour. Thank you.
