This company is ******** They did not pick up the phone they answer emails with nice Reponses but never satisfy your problem. I have been trying for months to rectify a problem with a missing item on a product i ordered a LED light from a rear diffuser LED was missing and i tried calling or emailing and they answer with its on its way its been a month and i never received it. Its like pulling teeth on something that i paid for and never received. You can check BBB on this **************** you don't have to take my word for it check all reviews this company ***** .... Regarding the LED lights, there is no stock in the warehouse.
We can only contact the supplier to get it.
But so far we have not heard from them.
We will provide you with a refund first at this time.

I ordered a replacement front spoiler lip for my Tesla Model 3. The product did not fit my vehicle so I contacted support. Their support team offered me a 50% refund without needing to return the product without offering any further solutions to send the correct product. I want the product that I ordered, not a product that I can't use while only receiving a 50% refund.Business response

I've been shopping for rear Louvers and found one costing a bit more but as advertised it had what I was looking for. On 5/10/2021 I order the Side & Rear Louvers Combo Lambo kit for my 2015 Ford Mustang from American Modified for $324. When the package arrived it was not the same advertised, but a cheaper version. The rear Louvers advertised shows picture and description that state "Convenience Lift-Off Design" so you can remove it to clean your rear window. It should included hardware and slotted Louvers. Instead it only included double side tape and no slotted louvers, this is dangerous and can peel off window. This was the selling pitch for me. As of 5/13/2021 I've called, but no answer, I've left email messages to customer support and received a auto reply, but that's all. My Oder #**** and the auto reply email #****. I would like this corrected or my money refunded.
