Order date:5/5/2023 Order amount:$82.10 Order number: ***************** Order was delivered to incorrect house. I ended up placing a 2nd order for pick up to avoid delivery to incorrect address againn and was told to call customer service for a refund on 1st order. I have called an abundance amount of times to follow up in regards to the situation and I was told multiple times they would be escalating this for someone to call me. Finally received a call by the assistant manager on 12/8/23. He asked if I wanted a refund or the order remade. Considering it was already 7 months later I requested the refund and was told by the assistant manager that it would be 3-5 business days for the refund as it had to be processed by upper management/corporate. No refund has been given at all. I followed up a couple more times after that encounter including today 1/16/24 and again was told it'd be escalated for someone to call me. I have attempted to also submit a claim within my bank and it was denied because wingstop is stating they completed the order.
