On 3/30/22 a discussion was made regarding the sheeting required, as well as installing new 4-6 outriggers to straighten the ***** ends. A change order was subitted to me for the amount of $8,675 which was due at the completion of the project. On 4/5 I pointed out to the job manager **** that some very obvious outriggers were not replaced and he informed me it was too much work for his men so they didn't do it. On 4/6 I received my invoice and only paid 17k because during the roof installation damage to the drywall in my garage had occured and I wanted to be sure the repair was done prior to paying the entire ****. On 4/8 I sent pictures of broken soffit boards that they didn't tell me about, as well as pictures of the fascia ends that they left raw and exposed to the elements. The workers also broke a board off my side gate and tried to hide the piece of wood which I emailed the job manager and the initial estimator pictures of. On 4/11 a couple workers came out and did repair a couple of the broken soffit boards but not all that were broken, and they used white paint on the exposed fascia ends and got it on my new ***** gutters. They did not repair my broken gate board.

I was not personally contacted by ****************** about any issues on this project. I leave the production managing to our project managers and general manager. They do a fantastic job taking care of our customers' needs! I do get involved if they need me to. The dry rot/wood repair was ballparked in our contract ($6,000-$8,000) that was initiated and signed by ****************** on 9/29/21. We do the ballpark for a sheet over & wood repair due to the fluctuation of wood prices. In the 6 months from signing to the start date wood prices went up. We also did not intentionally miss any damaged wood. The roof was also inspected by the city inspector and signed off. So we both missed some. It can happen and when it does we will gladly correct it. My conversation with **** (PM) & Jordan **** was that we had addressed all concerns and the job was paid in full. I also asked if we damaged the gate. ****** reply was no one touched the gate, it was open the entire duration of our project. We completed to my knowledge everything contracted and in the change orders. Some additional wood was replaced on the ***** at no additional cost. I am more than willing to have a conversation with ****************** and see if we can resolve her issues.

      Thank you,

      Customer response

I contacted the company on numerous occasions and provided pictures. No I didn't reach out directly to the owner as I was unaware of who that was, however I did contact the job manager as well as the gentleman who did the estimate and I informed their office. My fence is still broken and there are still missing soffit boards. I stand by my rejection. Thank you.
