Order a 60 inch Mocha Bear but was sent a Blue Bear 60 inches called the customer support number was told to send email sent email and no response . I paid over ****** for a product I did not receive or get any help on to get what I ordered on 2/4/6 order number ******Business response

We are very sorry to hear that you received a blue bear instead of the mocha color bear you ordered. We understand how disappointing this must have been for you or the recipient. We have identified that unfortunately it happened to a few of the orders due to some mislabeling and misplacement of inventory in the warehouse during production by temporary help for the valentines day rush.
To make things right, we would like to offer you the following options:
We can send a return label so that you can send the blue bear back to us, and we will send you a mocha bear as a replacement.
If the recipient likes the blue bear and would like to keep it, we would like to offer a $50 refund back to your account.
Please let us know which option you would prefer. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and hope that we can have the opportunity to serve you again in the future.

It's been almost 3 weeks since we ordered from mygiantteddy.com. We paid $48 for a 7 ft. teddy bear they advertised. Our order number is #****. We have yet to receive the item, or any notice from the company. We have emailed the customer contact email address. We tried to call the number on the website and it is not active. I then tried calling a different number that I found posted on the BBB information, but only received an option to leave a voicemail. I also clicked "track my package" on their website, but nothing shows up when I enter the order number and emails, as instructed.Business response

Giantteddy.com is the official website to purchase Giant Teddy Brand teddy bears.
I think that the order placed on TikTok and not Giantteddy.com
We're sorry to hear that you haven't received your order .Unfortunately we don't have an order for you in our system.
Please go ahead and report them to TikTok and file a dispute with your credit card company for the refund since it was a scam:(
