Blue Vista pool owner ********************* started a pool remodel on my pool in February 2022 with a completion date of May 2022. He has not completed my pool as of today and he quoted me 50k for the completion and I have paid him 42k. He has not answered my texts and has not returned my calls since September of 2022. He has only completed 4 phases out of the 7 he has in his contract. I need him to finish the job or refund a portion of my moneyInitial Complaint

Hired this pool contractor for a backyard remodel over a year ago. The full vale contract in place is $165,000 of which 90% was paid and we have approximately 40% of the job remaining to be completed. This contractor has not agreed to the timelines for completion acting in an egregious manner towards our agreement. Theyre not responsive to our calls and or emails and the last conversation we had with the son ***** of the owner **** was we ran out of money and cant complete your job. We even have two contracts a hand written and contractual one we had to create that the officer of the company **** signed in adobe sign doc that he would abide to. We have plenty of documentation, proof of payments if you need more details. We dealing heavy rains here in CA and our exterior drains have been compromised by their incompetence and poor workmanship.
