I requested for Preventive Pest Control to do some services for Mosquito, ***** and spider problems we were having. The Sales guy that came out told me they come out every three months for services and can do services in between for free. I had about four services in total one of which was free. I kept receiving texts where appointments were being setup. Appointments that I never setup. I called the company and advised them that I no longer wanted to continue services and the lady who answered stated that if I wanted to setup any more services I can always call back to setup. Throughout the year I kept getting texts and calls from this company as well as them coming to my home and as mentioned I never setup these appointments. We are now a year later, and I received an invoice for cancellation for breaking a contract I allegedly signed. I never signed any contract. When I called the company, a lady answered, and I asked her about the invoice and she stated the manager will call me back. I asked her if this was the same person that keeps texting and calling and showing up at my home. She said I don't know but he's the manager. He called back and said I either had one more service left, or I can pay the cancellation fee of $130. I stated I didn't want their services since last year and that I've called them numerous times stating that, and I always speak to a lady there. The manager said I've never called them which is a lie. I told him I could provide my call log from my cell phone company to prove that I spoke to their office numerous times when these appointments were being setup. Also, the manager said I signed a contract, which I stated I didn't. He said he had it "right here." So, I asked for it to be sent to me via email and he never sent it. He called me a scammer and said he was sending a cancellation invoice to collections and today I received that notice for $205.The number I called on the notice is going to voicemail, and nobody is answering at that number.

****************** signed up for our service and we did our initial service on 7/24/21.  The price for that service was $169 but she opted to sign up for a 1 year agreement and receive that first visit for $140 off by agreeing to do 4 quarterly visits at $109 every 3 months beginning 4-6 weeks following the initial service.  With this service comes our guarantee that between the quarterly maintenance visits she could call us anytime for free visits as needed.  She in fact did receive 1 free visit (why would she think she would receive this service if she had not signed up for our service - she knew she did).  Her billing was set up by credit card that was to be automatically debited the day following each visit.  Her initial service, $29, was charged in this manner.  We provided the first quarterly visit on 9/3/21.  Her card was charged $109 (Certainly if ****************** thought she had not signed up for our service then she would have alerted us to this fact at this time, which she did not).  Our next service was provided on 12/3/21.  Her card declined at that time and we made 14 different attempts to contact ****************** via mailed statement, emailed statement, voicemails, texts and even dropping a card at her home on 2/22/22.  She finally responded by going on our customer provided webportal to make the outstanding payment on 4/8/22 without contacting our company (Certainly if ****************** had not authorized or signed up for service then she would not have paid for this service performed in Dec, but she did). We continued to try to contact ****************** in the aforementioned methods between Apr and Oct of 22. She still had 2 services remaining on her agreement but with no return contact from her we were unwilling to proceed with service.  The first time we were ever informed that ****************** wished to cancel services is when I spoke to her on 10/11/22; before that date she had never indicated in any manner her desire to cancel services.

I would like to see the contract that the business claims I signed. I never signed up for a year with them. I paid all services and the free service I had was part of the sales persons pitch which of course I used because the previous services they did were not working. We still continued having problems with the insects. The manager never emailed me the contract I allegedly signed per our conversation. Also as stated before there is a woman who answers the phone and she is always the one I would speak to asking to stop setting up appointments because I no longer wanted the services. Now Im receiving a cancellation invoice for a contract I allegedly signed. Well I would like to see that please because I know I didnt sign anything.
