Bought StonePro products, specifically Traverfill light/Dark and Traverfill Pro Adhesive. Was not happy with the products and their consistency, they seemed dried out. Call the company and had to wait for someone to call me there was no one that cold service me on the spot. A person called **** called me, he said he was the owner, I explained to him the problem I had and I was not satisfied. He tried to run me around and told me to go to were I bought it. I told him I already did and they told me to go back to the manufacture because it was after 30 days. **** told me to email him the receipt. i emailed him the receipt and he again told me to go back to where I bought it. I explained to him again, I told him I wanted a replacement and could send the products to their headquarters and he flat out ignored me. Not happy with the products but the owner's behavior is unacceptable, aggravating and dishonorable. Overall the customers service is worse than the products themselves. The owner is irresponsible, does nothing and is arrogant. Can't really get anywhere with this company, would recommend people to not buy their products because the company has zero concept of customer service.
