      My elderly father purchase a couch from the retailer and within less than a month noticed that the couch is infected with bed bugs. When trying to resolve the issue w/the store, they said this is not there issue and they know it hadn't come from there manufacture location because they have a strict check beforehand. I had informed the retailer that this is not possible due to the fact that my elderly father has *** a resident for over 8 years and has never had a bed bug issue and saw the bed bug come out of the couch he just purchased. I further explained my elderly father health issue with breathing and his continued lack of oxygen, plus several important Dr's ***** and his inability to cover the exterminators cost with his limited income. **** (the supervisor w/ the ************** for 2 yrs) didn't care, was short with her responses and instructed us to contact the building management for help. I told her I know for a fact this issue was from the "suppose to be new couch" and again she was very unconcerned w/ my elderly fathers health or resolving the issue whatsoever. I let her know I would be submitting a claim to the BBB. Please help and thanks!

      On February 15th I went in to purchase a Cal King *** with ****** and they came to deliver on 02/19/2024 they installed the bed incorrectly and I called to complain they sent someone out on 02/20/2024 and they did not have the proper tools to do the job nor did they know how to install the canopy correctly, I had to provide them the tools and notified them that one of the posts were scratched and paint missing. They left my home on 02/20/2024 and said they would let the company know of the damage. I got a call on 02/21/2024 requesting to schedule someone to come do some type of delivery on 02/23/2024 I immediately called the store requesting to speak to a manager and spoke to ****** and he stated he would call me back this was at 3pm and he never did, so after an hour I called and spoke to customer service to complain they said they did not have anyone to speak to so they tried to get in touch with ****** the manager to no avail. Finally at 6pm I finally spoke to ****** and request for a refund to schedule a pick up of the furniture and he said he did not have that ability that I would need to come into the store to schedule the pick up. ****** failed to return any phone calls and was not professional and now I no longer want to do business with the company and I want my money back.

      I am not aware of this account. I have reached out to Experian and Equifax Credit Bureaus, and with MEGA DANIELS HOME CENT to update my late payment from my credit file. Regardless of all actions done on my end, there was no action from Experian and Equifax Credit Bureaus.       On 2-17-2023 me and my partner went to buy a washer and dryers are total amount is ******* which we paid ***************************** credit they delivered a faulty machine 2/21/2023. I was asked to sign a paper. It was not asked to look at the machine ************* was not given a copy. Recalls on ****- 2023 stating that machine leak water due to a bump that was in it that you cannot see until you closely inspect it because the door does not close correctly. The home center called us and told us that we can go pick out new machines because they did not have the same ones in stock but later was called by the store manager, *********************, and told us that that is incorrect so we told him that we wanted to return the machines and he did not want us to told us that there was nothing we can really do and I stole him to tell me where in the policy it states that I cannot return it then he proceeded to say that they would have to come and expect it. They are scheduled to come today to expect the machine , but this has been an inconvenience for us as we paid a hefty price for something that was damaged and that manager was rude. Theres no person that is higher up than the manager so if he doesnt wanna do something that doesnt seem right, they should be district, managers, corporate managers, or somebody else that I should be able to speak to to resolve the issue which they will not give me the phone number and see that theres nobody higher up higher up. This makes no sense to me how the customer service is so terrible for this location and every other Daniels.

      I purchased the sofas. And other furniture with currently are experiencing issues as well . As my main concern would be my sofas. I tried to resolve the issue with Daniels customer service who the last time I reached out. The representative was very rude and unprofessional. I want Daniels to repair the broken zippers, my sofas are so ugly due to the installation to the sofas falling out.

      Dresser repair was completed on 5/18/2023.

       

      The living room set damages were deemed not a manufacturer defect and excessive; therefore, manufacturer did not complete the repairs.

       

      Customer was advised damages were reviewed by manufacturer and were not covered under the manufacturer warranty.

       

      Customer never paid off account and still has balance with our company.

      We purchase Sofa on 8/19/2022 and was deliver to us after week. The quality of display item is different than they delivered. I bought a sofa from them and I have to call the customer service within a week because it feels like sofa is 10 years old. They send a guy to inspect and he just took pictures and don't even want to feel the difference. How you will know the quality of foam if you don't sit down on couch. He keep refusing to sit down or feel it, he could have used his own plastic to lay over it. He just took the picture and left. When I contact the customer service she said " the technician said nothing wrong with sofa, we can't do anything". I was requesting her to give me the product that I paid for because this is not like the one you have on store. Her answer was "that's not my problem... do what you want I can't help you...". When I request for manger she said I'm the manger "do what you want I can't help you."I contact ******** store where I bought sofa from and they told me they can't help either..Please help all I want is the product what i paid for.

      ************** was given 6 new seat cores for his complete sofa set on 10/13/22.

       

      In 11/2022 customer reached out again regarding seat cores and it was determined customer was requesting a different density than was purchased.

       

      Customer was advised firmer density would be an upgrade and not part of the warranty provided by manufacturer.

      Im complaining about Daniels Home Furniture store, I bought a queen size bed frame that was in the box new. The sales man told me that I had to pick the frame up at there warehouse. Since it was the holidays and getting back from visiting family, I took the frame out to put it together. As I went to use the bed to lay on it. The frame broke on one side , now its damage. I call customer and have been given such a hassle that its pathetic. I had to take a picture of the side that broke a d I told them that even trying to fix that side. Who is to say that it still might be comprised and need more to be fix. Then I was told that because I didnt have the frame delivered that I have to fix it myself. For this reason is why Im expressing a d making a complaint. I was never given the option when I purchased the bed that if I pick the bed up myself then I would have to fix the bed if anything become broke or fixed. That option was never told to be. So now I just want Daniels to refund me fully on the bed. I no longer want to deal with them. Thank you.
