I received the package but missing the item. The packing list showed 2 but only received 1. Been calling them to get help, but there is no live person to talk to. All they did was routed me to live chat, and no help at all. Keep going around and not get help with order. Been customer with them for a whole year, but might have change now.Review from melissa c

No shock that this company is not BBB Accredited and that their rating is currently 1.15 out of 5 - and should really be a ZERO. They have different return policies for different products and change these policies on a whim. I purchased a sweatshirt that has a manufacturing defect - the neck is far too small to get over my child's head. It's a size 10 and I even tried it on my tiny 6 year old and it won't budge. I sent measurements as requested and the customer service could tell there was an issue but management won't let her refund me or take a return because this specific brand is NO RETURNS. Horrible policies, horrible service, and now I am stuck with a sweatshirt that won't fit anyone.SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE. Not worth the headache.Review from Dinah S

Horrible customer service- beware of policy that won't allow any order cancellations even if the order hasn't shipped yet. I tried cancelling my order literally 1 minute after placing it (due to incorrect sizing on website) and now I have to pay $10 to return an order I didn't even want in the first place.Review from Lauren S

I ordered a Christmas gift on Dec 9th. Today is Dec 26th and package has not been delivered. According to the tracking record, the package is due Dec 30th (3 weeks after ordering)! I will no longer be ordering from PacSun! Very disappointed.Review from Michelle C

Pac Sun has absolutely terrible customer service. Beware, if you purchase a product from them, it is actually impossible to return it by mail.If you click on any "START A RETURN" link on the site, you will be directed to a form that actually signs you up for their mailing list. Even the link the customer service rep I contacted sent me directed me to this form. What a scam.So it took me 45 minutes of emailing and clicking to discover their products cannot be returned (and the clothing dimensions are so bizarre you will likely want to return them). You have to drive to a *** store and drop it off to return a purchase and get charged $4 for the pleasure of doing so.Avoid purchasing this company's products unless you are 100% sure you will want to keep them.Review from Jayden L

I wanted to return a crappy quality tee shirt that was overpriced and eas essentially a very deceptive knockoff, I don't mind an unrefinded shipping charge but the untouched item the most rhey could offer me is a store card. $7 just disappeared and the rest I got back has to be used st the place that scammed me. As other customers have stated, Ive shopped here several times with no issues/no returns on my end. I live in an apartment complex and we have a new mailman who is a little less than smart. He decided to put multiple peoples belongings in one parcel locker and give out multiple keys to said parcel locker. Therefore, whoever got to the parcel locker first took everything. I immediately filed a claim with ***** then the next day I approached the mailman. He admitted to his actions so I contacted my leasing office. They submitted another complaint with **** and attempted to reach out to the residents to no avail. I provided proof of my inquiry with **** and my exchange with my leasing office and was told i needed to file a police report??? Ive literally never encountered anything like this. Even from small businesses. PLEASE SHOP ELSEWHERE!!! Especially with holiday season coming up.Review from Mahogany B

If I could give this company 0 stars I would have opted for that. Not only did I receive a horrible experience in a PacSun store , it was complemented with a horrible experience of multiple customer service agents and also an alarming call with the senior manager of user experience/customer interactions. I will never in my life spend another dime at this company who not only practices discrimination on a regular basis but also does not handle customer complaints/concerns appropriately.Review from LaKesha T

This company deserves 0 stars I agreed to text messages to get 15% off, however once I got the promotion code it wasnt applicableof course you cant speak with a live rep so I had to chat with a rep name *****. ******* told me the promotion to receive 15% off did not apply to FEAR OF GOD items. I asked her to show me that verbiage because I didnt see thatIrene refused to give me the promotional verbiage, her managers name or any contact information to file a complaint.
