On, 12/06/2021 I bought 3 tickets for UFC event 270 that took place on 01/21/2022. My purchase was $750.00 and paid with cash, the tickets were bought directly through the Honda Center box office.Due to COVID19 circumstances myself and my family could not attend.According to the staff at the Honda Center box office; My tickets were fraudulently sold without my knowledge. Honda Center box office blames Ticketmaster and Ticketmaster says Honda center is responsible.The three times I have spoken to Ticketmaster they cannot seem to find my tickets with my barcodes and continue to refer me back to the venue box office. Honda Center staff seem to be the only ones who can trace these tickets.Before the event, my fianc went to the box office to see what we could do because due to COVID reasons we could not attend. According to the staff our ticket barcodes were invalid, and they were resold multiple times without our knowledge.We physically purchased the tickets and yet it seems like the staff were not trying to help aid this situation. Just continued to blame Ticketmaster and advised us to contact them.I have been going back and forth between the box office and Ticketmaster regarding these tickets . The experience was ruined because of this issue that no one can seem to help me with.These tickets cost $750 total and were fraudulently sold and used on the day of the event.I have reached out to Honda center via email, over the phone and in person to try to resolve this issue. I will submit the body of the emails sent to both Honda Center and ticket master.Ticket master has been much more informative than Honda Center.
