In September of 2019, I had a Ductless HVAC system installed in my residence. The system has failed to correctly operate since the date installed. Air Concepts has made at least 8 visits to my home to attempt to repair both the heating and cooling system and still has not repaired either system to full working order. They have even had the manufacturer to my home to inspect the system. At one point in late 2019, the system leaked water through my attic, which caused over $1000 worth of damage to the ceilings, walls and 2 doors in the house. I had to do all these repairs myself, without reimbursement and the company was fully aware of the damage as several of their company staff were at my home on different occasions to attempt repairs. The system works only intermittently and there is another water leak from one of the units, so it is shut down again due to my concerns about additional damage to my home. Air Concepts is not able to provide a fully operational system as contracted.Business response

No this does absolutely nothing. As I stated the **** system was installed in Sept of 2020 and has never worked properly. The company has been to my home 9 times since Sept 2020. They are coming again on May 19th, but they never fix the unit. They come in do a couple things and then leave telling me they will return to fix the system. They never do until I call and get upset because of another problem.
I think allowing the company 10 months and 10 opportunities is a fair amount of time to allow them to fix the system. They are not capable of fixing the system.
This is why my proposal is to remove the system and refund my money. We can both go our own ways.
I think it is a bit deceitful in that Air Concept's response seems to make it sound like this was a one time item and they will fix it.
How many more months and how many more times would you consider a fair amount to allow them to try and fix the unit? I think I have allowed that fair amount of time.
They seem to just be trying to wear me out so I will give up and they will not have to fix the system.
The most equitable and fair option for both of us is the refund my money, take their system and each go our own ways.
