      The Dynacraft company offers a "limited lifetime warranty" for bike Frames and Forks as posted on on their website. I submitted a warranty claim this month however the claim was denied, stating: The model you are inquiring about has been discontinued and is no longer being supported by the manufacturer, so replacement parts are not available.I responded that even if a specific model their company sold was discontinued, almost all of the parts for these bikes are interchangeable with current production models such as their Magna Echo Ridge 26 inch men's bike.Note: Dynacraft in the past had provided new/upgraded bikes when they were not able to provide replacement parts for a warranty claim. I later received the same response from a Dynacraft customer service supervisor. I believe ******************** Corporation has a legal responsibility to honor their lifetime warranty related claims from customers regardless of the current production status of a specific model sold.

      Hello!  Thank you for providing us with an opportunity to response to **************** complaint.  We called ************ on January 26, ****, but there was no answer. We did send him prices for replacement parts using a similar model.

      We bought the Dinecraft realtree 24v ride on and immediately started noticing issues with it not holding a charge for long as advertised. Had the chrager port changed and it fixed the battery and charger issues. But when the toy accelerates, it only goes a few feet before slowing almost to a stop. It will not move after about 10 feet. We had hopes this would be a long lasting toy yet it has been sitting under our carport for 6 months now. We regret even buying this to begin with. Our children werent able to fully enjoy it for long at all. A waste of $500

      I purchased the real tree 24v utv Dec-25-2022 and January-10-2023 the wheels started going out to the side when driving around. We tried fixing it but the metal bar connected to the wheel snapped off. Very flimsy to snap off on a gravel road. Ive looked for the parts but can not find them. We havent even had it a whole month and cant drive it anymore.

      I have a Realtree 24v UTV that only works in high speed and nothing in low or reverse. I have been trying to fix this since May. Their phone feature and online chat is unavailable and only emailing is an option but they take at least 2 to 3 weeks to respond per email. They did sell me a part back in June that did not fix my problem and has yet to even try to acknowledge me since then outside of trying to start a new claim. I keep emailing them stating my problem is not resolved and I get a email saying we are busy we apologize for the delay but this has been going on since May and it is now mid September. The last email reply I got from them took ********************************************************************************* support and i have yet to see them respond.

      purchased Model 8805-53 6V ******** Fire Quad in June 2021. The truck would not charge. Have been trying to get resolution from company since ******, to no avail. They have emailed me on 2 different dates asking me to send images, which I did the first time as well as the next 2 times. Faxed them today to get help once again.

      I bought a pink camo 24V ATV from ******* 2020 as a Christmas gift for my daughter. Two weeks ago it caught fire and in minutes the ENTIRE thing was in flames. The battery compartment blew up. My daughter had rode it around and parked it so she could go swim and in the time it took her to put on her suit it started.I have attempted to use DYNACRAFTS chat with an agent feature its unavailable I tried to call thats unavailable too and I sent and email and I havent received anything at all back. Not only did the powerwheel burn but because of the location it ruined two plants and two bikes. Due to a faulty problem I am out almost 1000$ lucky my child didnt get hurt.

      We have a 24V Realtree utv ride on. This company has been less than stellar in helping resolve the problem with their subpar product. I have jumped through every hoop and provided every diagnostic and troubleshooting mandate they have asked for and they have not resolved my issue or responded in any manner! We have an almost $500 piece of plastic and battery that is rendered useless. Everything electrical and power related checks out ok as working but the pedal doesnt work and the vehicle doesnt move one inch.

      We purchased a princess ride on vehicle for our daughter in December. The first was damaged, the dash shattered. We returned it to ******** and purchased another.This time we assemble it and find that it only goes in forward high gear. (Not low forward or reverse) we contact the company and they send us a new gear box for us to switch out. We did and it went only reverse. So my husband out there old box back in.I contact the company and they want all the same info Ive already sent plus videos of the vehicle in motion. I send them both videos. Only this time the newer gear box only goes in high gear forward as well. So both are now doing the same defective thing. They accuse me of not sending them a new video. They are clearly two different videos. I dont know why it was reversing and nothing else and now its only going forward in high gear. Thats frankly not my fault. This vehicle has been defective since day one and they dont seem interested in offering a refund. I would ideally like them to take this one back and offer a full refund as it is still not fully operational even after them sending a new, although still defective gear box. Or if they have a tech in the area that would be even better.Thanks for your time.

      Hello!  Thank you for giving us an opportunity to respond. We were working with ************************ on troubleshooting her second unit. She emailed us and informed our *************************** that she had called ******** they took care of it, and that should wouldn't be sending another video as requested.  She further advised that she had received a refund, and that she would be filing a complaint with the BBB.  As ************************ returned the unit there is nothing more that we can do.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and I did reach out to ******** but because the business was not helping by that point.  I had sent them both videos they asked for, and instead of escalating the request as they said they would, they just kept sending me the same email over and over accusing me of not sending them the second video. Im so glad that ******* has amazing customer service and helped me with the non functional unit.  Dynacraft was not helpful in resolving their own faulty products flaws, and we will not purchase anything from them in the future.  I would have reached out to ******* sooner, but the unit came with instructions to reach out to the manufacturer not the retailer.  So glad we received a partial refund so we can purchase a toy for my daughter that functions, but NO thanks to dynacraft.

      I purchased the 24v camo utv. Out has been broken and I'm unworking for more than it has worked. They claim to help but it's still broken. I want my money back because this is an expensive product that broke within 30 days and is trash quality.

      I had bought a dynacraft atv ride one gator from boaz ********* Paid around 600 dollars after everything including a extended warranty on it from Allstate . A month or so after getting it and my three year old driving it the wheels would turn one way when they was suppose to turn the way the steering wheel would turn them but was going opposite way and made my son have a wreck in it thankfully he didnt get hurt or anything cause I was with him. First issue , then second issue was it started making a whining noise like the gears grinding in it . Third issue the gear k*** broke off just randomly broke off during shifting . I contacted them over and Over and over again it was still under factory warranty at the time of contacting them and they would send a part and then another part and another part and we would have to replace the parts and then another thing would mess up on it . They said they never heard back from the last time which I did email them back but said the warranty was over with them at this point and they couldnt do anything to use the extended warranty I purchased , gave me a place to take it to that could fix it under the warranty but the place was a cell phone repair shop and they did not fix ride on toys , found another place that said they worked on them type toys and they wouldnt work on dynacraft so didnt never get it fixed but I had my receipt and proof of purchase for dynacraft and everything they needed and I couldnt ever get any help with anything . They told me the whole thing would need replaced cause the last thing to mess up before the factory warranty was up was the charging box on it it stoped charging replaced the charger for it and that didnt solve it and they said the whole thing would have to be replaced but never got any help or anything else , emailed back after the warranty was up to tell me the warranty was up , said I never replied back when I did and my husband did also . Its a scam of a business if you ask me !

      Hello BBB,

      Thank you for providing us with the opportunity to response to ****************** complaint.  ************** contacted us regarding issues that she was experiencing with her item, so on 9/8/2020 we sent her an e-tester to assist us in troubleshooting the item.  ************** contact us again on 11/9/2020 stating that she still had issues with her unit. On 11/10/2020 we asked her to send us image results from the e-tester.  Her 11/19/2020 reply including that they had "checked the charger, charging port, and battery with the tool that was sent to us and everything checked out fine."  On 11/20/2020 we again asked for images of the e-tester.  On 11/28/2020 ************** advised that she would send images.  These were never received.  On 5/4/2021 ************** called and requested "the input for the charger replaced."  Unfortunately this is not a replaceable part, and the one year warranty on the unit had expired. 

      ************** did indicate that they purchased an extended warranty, so since their original manufacturer's warranty has expired perhaps that company can assist them with a refund. We advised that we can email the extended warranty company and advise that the unit is not repairable so that a claim can be filed.  We did not hear anything more from the Browns until we received this complaint.  We are sorry that there is nothing more that we can do at this time since the warranty has expired except to provide information for a claim with the extended warranty company.
