On January 28, 2024, our event at the ***************** ************** was cancelled. We contacted Goldstar and they committed to sending us a refund check. We've contacted them several times and they state their finance department is handling the refund.It is now five (5) months since this issue occurred and no refund.This is not acceptable.Initial Complaint

Show was cancelled on 11/9/23 and I was promised a refund. Goldstar wrote it would be 6-8 weeks to mail me a refund. When I send follup emails they write they are backlogged and not to send emails. Im not waiting over 4 months for my refund. Can BBB help me.Initial Complaint

I recently purchased 3 tickets to the nutcracker performance in *******, ** on goldstar app. Both on the app, website, and tickets, the time of the performance was 2:00 pm on Dec. 24. When we arrived for the event we were informed the performance had started at 1:00pm. Goldstar had made an error on the time of the performance causing us to miss it.Initial Complaint

I initiated contact with the company on November 30, 2022, requesting a refund for two cancelled events: a baseball game ($42.00) and a musical performance ($52.02). I was told a refund check would be mailed. In early July 2023 I received a check for $52.22 and have been a back and forth with them since regarding the remaining balance of $41.80. They will not acknowledge if a separate check was or will be issued. Their last correspondence was on October 24th, stating they are still waiting for accounting to provide additional information. I have made further attempts to obtain an update, but they have not responded. Please see the attached emails that detail my correspondence with the company.I would like them to resolve this matter by issuing my remaining refund of $41.80.Initial Complaint

I purchased two tickets from Goldstar for "***: Gourmet Dinner and Sightseeing Cruise with Live Music." held yesterday 8/26/2023. Goldstar confirmation number: T082223593612 On the boat we were told we were not getting dinner. That we would have to pay if we wanted the dinner promised by Goldstar.I want my $112 paid to Goldstar refunded. They don't even have a way to get in touch with the company's customer service anymore.Initial Complaint

I purchased 3 tickets to *********** park ****** ** on Groupon never had used Groupon and the purchase clearly said General admission $39 a total of $117 When I received confirmation discovered I got 3 junior tickets Cant use these ! Have made numerous attempts with chat on Groupon and emails ! No response would just like Groupon bucks so I can repurchase adult tickets! I am told I should have read small print which I did not see being first time user but there sight clearly said general admission Have asked to make an exception but have gotten nowhere! Will be happy with the Groupon bucks of course refund would even be better thank you *********Initial Complaint

Greetings,I purchased tickets on 4/10 for the weekend brunch cruise on April 29th as an early Mothers Day gift. An email was sent to me on 4/20 to remind me that I have a credit for $364 (the exact price of the cruise). I logged on to my account and saw that my tickets had been cancelled. The tickets were booked through Goldstar website. The only instructions were to print or go to will call on the day of the cruise. I never received a cancellation notice from them but when I went to make sure I had the confirmation, my tickets were returned as a credit on Goldstar. I do not see how they can keep my money as I had every intention of going on this cruise.This was supposed to be a special treat for mine and my partners moms to meet and spend time on the water. I only want a refund as I would not have cancelled my plans and this was NOT my intent. I have been unsuccessful at getting a response from Goldstar or ***************** and just want my money refunded. Thank you for your help!***************************Initial Complaint

Requested a refund for a cancelled show:ID# ******** Cancelled Feb 27, 2020 Zeppelin Live: The Led Zeppelin Concert Experience 0 tickets for Apr 3, 2020 I've had a $118.85 Available Credit since as there have been no shows that Goldstar has been sponsoring/ticketing in which I am interested. On Feb 20,2023 at ****pm, a Goldstar Rep offered to send a check for the balance:Hello,Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry you haven't been able to find events that appeal to you. Because the purchase is several years old at this point, we are not able to refund to the original method of payment. However, we would be happy to mail you a check for the balance of your Goldstar credit. Please send a mailing address where we can send the check. Let me know if you have any questions!
