After many calls from MNET, I spoke with ******, who was very friendly, and a pleasure to work withUNTIL I ARRANGED TO MAKE BIWEEKLY PAYMENT ~ MNET would debit my husbands acct on his paydays. Im certain she and I were on the same page, as arrangement was repeated several times! Two days later, my husbands acct was debited TWO TIMES, labeled LEGAL ORDER and was more than FOUR TIMES THE AMOUNT WE AGREED UPON PLUS, it was NOT THE *** THAT WAS AGREED UPON - IT WAS A WEEK EARLY, bringing his bank account to: ZERO FUNDS!!! As if THAT wasnt enough, THEY PUT A BALANCE HOLD on his account, in essence FREEZING HIS BANK ACCOUNT!!! BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE!!! MNET representative LIED TO ME WHEN AGREEING TO THESE TERMS!!! Whatever you do: DO NOT GIVE THEM YOU ACCT INFORMATION! They are dishonest and NOT TRUSTWORTHY! When I go to their website to create an account, giving us access to online payment system: I am forced to agree to their Terms of ServiceTHANKFULLY, i read the document, which says you agree MNET is allowed to make a one time payment from your acctWhich sounds to me, they are not bound to our agreed payment plan!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!!!

We reviewed the recorded call that occurred on 9/28/23 and ************** established a $50.00/month bi-weekly payment arrangement beginning Friday 10/6/23. However, the first payment declined so no further payments have been drafted. The next scheduled payment is on 10/25/23 as the consumer elected bi-weekly drafts.We do not have a document or letter titled "legal order".
