I ordered an airsoft rifle as a Christmas present for my 16 year old son. I paid them via ****** the sum of $229.50. They shipped the item to the completely wrong address and have refused all attempts made by me to issue a refund. I ordered a product from this very service online. Once it was delivered I was unsatisfied with it, so I sent it back. Evikes policy specifically states refunds go back onto the buyers original payment method. I got an email saying they gave me store credit instead, when it is supposed to be on my Debit card. I call their customer support to explain ********************** emailed me that I received store credit from them. **************** tells me theres no store credit mentioned on their end, which doesnt make any sense as I got an email from them stating so. I want to have my refund on my debit card as it is supposed to be. I have plenty of proof of what happened as well.Initial Complaint

I paid for two day shipping which was $93.00. On there web site it said it would be to me on Saturday. They said they shipped it on Wednesday but never got to *** until middle of The evening Thursday night around seven. It the sat in ***** for an additional day. When I emailed them about this issue they apologized and said they would refund the shipping. I didnt receive the item until Monday. Ordered on jul 15th 3 items totaling 152$ where 20$ was spent on shipping. They have two locations and they split the order pocketing my shipping fee because they have to send items from two stores delaying shipping. Things arrived late and did not work so because of this I wanted to return them. Its been 5 days and 4 requests directly to them to start the return process via email and they still have yet to respond. I believe they wont respond and theyll just pocket my money. I have had difficulties getting evike to respond via email for returns in the past and Ive lost money before because they wont start the return process. my only solution in the past was calling them to force the return to start and with them being so busy its hard to get ahold of someone who will do something. I dont want to go through all that again, I just want my refund and this place needs to be checked for transparency on the website with where things come from and whats actually in stock on the website.Initial Complaint

I received a replica with scratches, chips, and signs of wear. I sent my item back expecting a replacement but was greeted with the same exact replica I had sent. I spoke to a customer service rep and was told that I was sent a new one, but I wasn't. I was literally sent back the item I had previously returned. Then they told me I could return it, but I would have to pay shipping and a restocking fee. Honestly, I am baffled by this experience. On June 10th I placed an order with Evike.com online for several items, one of the Items, a WE Tech Hi-Capa 3.8 Velociraptor Airsoft pistol was Defective, Damaged in the Box UNUSED. I also purchased an Extra BB Magazine for it in the order. The Day I received the order, June 18th upon Inspection I IMMEDIATELY Filed a *** "REPLACEMENT" of the Damaged unit demand Form on the Evike.com Website. I have Screen Captures of such. They Claim on the Site 1-3 days Response. When they failed to respond, I filed a DISPUTE with Discover Card against Evike. (they have never responded to Discover Card re the Dispute). I wrote Evike again and they finally responded, BUT THEY THREATENED ME THAT UNLESS I REMOVE the Dispute with Discover Card, EVIKE REFUSES to Proceed with the *** Return and Sending a REPLACEMENT Unit!! I was Counselled BY a Discover Card Manager NOT TO close the Dispute as I Can NOT re-open it if Evike failed to Replace the Damaged Unit! Discover's ************ said this is a COMMON scam by Sellers and all the Evike has to do it Accept the *** and then Notify, with PROOF, Discover's ************* that the Replacement HAS BEEN SENT AND I RECEIVED IT!! If Evike refuses a REPLACEMENT, I also then Do Not need the ************* for the unit. Evike is Acting Very Dishonest in this Transaction!!Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:As of TODAY July 18th, 2024, Discover Card HAS NOT REPORTED receiving any "Refund" from Evike Company, as they have claimed in their letter correspondence to the BBB!
These people at Evike are notorious liars and make promises and claims that are not completed as they claim.
They have had the RETURNED Faulty items **** Proof of delivery) for over TWO WEEKS NOW!!

I ordered a simple small package off of Evike.Com on June 14th. My package (Only 1 small item) was due to arrive on June 22nd (8 days). I received an update via their fulfillment method (DHL Express), on June 14th saying, "TENDERED TO DELIVERY SERVICE PROVIDER, ALLOW 1-3 DAYS FOR UPDATES FOR PACKAGES WITHIN THE **". The last updated location was ************, **, **, which is only a mere 1 hour and 40 minutes away from my location. This update was on June 14th, meaning it's been 4 days and yet given the short distance, I have received ZERO updates from either Evike or DHL Express, neverthless the package in which I ordered. I have sent an email to both Evike and DHL's customer service and have received zero responses from either. I have also sent texts to both their customer service numbers; no responses again other than an automated response from DHL that was of no help whatsoever (It was simply their tracking website that gave me the same information I already knew). Late delivery is already unacceptable but no responses, no updates, and no customer service whatsoever is completely unprofessional and outright horrendous from both of these parties.
