On Nov. 20, 2022 I noticed an auto renew for Inman News go through that I didn't authorize. I notified them immediately that I did not want to renew and please give me my money back. This morning I get an email from someone offering me the year for $99 instead of $199 but I have 3 kids in college and told them no thank you, please give me my money back. They replied with this statement below and refusing to give my money back. "Hi *****,Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide you a refund, but the account is now set to cancel and there will be no future charges associated with your subscription. You will continue to have the same premium access and subscription benefits for the remainder of your current subscription term. Your account will cancel on Nov 19, 2023. Sincerely, ***** Inman Customer Success

This company took money out of my account with out my authorization. Once I called them I keep going to the voicemail, they emailed me on an email I don’t use anymore saying what school go to and that I signed up to there company, which I didn’t, I don’t even know what this company is. The will not give me my money back or tell me how they got my information. Because I didn’t give it to them. They’re telling me I signed up for it in 02/22 and I know that was a lie I was in the hospital with Covid I wasn’t able to dial a number at that time.

I subscribed to Inman News last year. I no longer am in the career of real estate and no longer need the subscription. Money is tight and I am caring for my ill mother and sister. I do not have money to spend on things I do not want or need. I noticed my credit card was charged this year for $199 from Inman News. How can they just charge my card for something I did not order? I called them several times which they never answered, so I emailed customer service and asked for a refund. I do not want their subscription, I did not ask for it and I am applauded that they have access to my credit card and can **** me whenever they want. They will not refund my money for something I do not want. This is very unethical.

I have a subscription with Inman News. The subscription is known as Inman Select. The subscription auto-renewed --I am sure I removed the auto-renewal. On the day it auto-renewed I received an email receipt. I immediately (same day it renewed) notified the company to ask them to cancel my subscription. The company refuses to cancel my subscription and refund me. The subscription is $199 per year. I simply want to cancel and obtain my money back from them. I have attempted to call their customer support too..

Hello,I had a subscription from Inman.com. It was for 1 year. Today I noticed a charge on my credit card statement for $199,00. I called the company to inquire as to why they were charging me for another year when I didn't request it.They said that the subscription was an autorenewal effective 12/3/2021. I told them that I did not request an auto renewal. They said that they would not credit me back the $199.00?! I then researched this company only to find out that this is a scam and that they have many complaints in regards to this practice. I want my $199.00 credited back to my account. I do not want another year subscription.
