How many bad reviews do you need? We had them do our front sidewalk and steps. In the very first year, there were two cracks all the way across. Now in the second year, one is lifting. He does not respond to calls or texts or he is, "out of town". They may give you a good price, but you will be paying for it tenfold later. You get what you pay for. Come back and fix it to run a good business! Sad.

Don't use this company! *** orders wrong part to fix my ******* ice maker. No shows for appointment to install. Another repair man shows up several days later and says wrong part was ordered. Waited a week for the right part. Repair guy spends 2 hours installing, leaves my home and once produces ice, does not work. Called ****, they say I have to go through the warrenty company for part. Scammed out of $3,069. *********** dispute process back and forth for 2 months to no avail.

I'm afraid I've made a costly mistake using this service. I requested service due to the low water level. However each time the technician comes my washer has an additional problem. After 4 visits &a month later it's not working at all. On top of that the technician closed the ticket stating normal wear and tear. The unit is 1yr 1/2 old. As a disabled person with a child & limited funds this has put me in a terrible position. How is this legal to just come and completely ruin my appliance and leave? I'm so stressed about this whole situation.

I am do not fault anyone for occasional "mishaps". However, the service provided by **** is incompetent and it is very likely they are scamming the insurer(s), e.g. Assurant:- Assurant scheduled Nana repair induction cooktop power supply (two right burners show error code)- First technician comes out, looks at error code and orders power supply - After receiving part from Whirlpool, I provide two service time options (following week Mon/Wed) as Nana required - No tech shows up on either Monday or Wednedsday, no communication from **** - Calling the number on ****'s work order site ends up on original tech's cell phone, yielding he is in on vacation abroad - Long support call to **** to schedule different tech for following week - Tech shows up and has no clue, watching ******* how-to videos, tinkering for about four hours(!). In the process tech puts in new power supply, but breaks the keypad (!) now displaying error code on all four burners, rendering the cooktop entirely unusable.- Tech leaves saying we have to wait for part, taking the original (broken) power supply with him. Request for keypad part shows up on ****'s web site for the order.- A few days later, **** suddenly CLOSES the service request as "completed" and starts sending me emails asking to *return* a part (power supply - that I don't have) using a return label!- When calling ****, they insist (after escalating to a supervisor) that the warranty provider "denied the claim to continue the repair" and that I have to "reopen another case" with the insurer (Assurant)- Called Assurant, their customer support pulls up the case and states that they did not deny anything, but **** simply reported the repair as successfully completed - which is what I also see on ****'s site for the work order.- Assurant attempts to remedy by opening another (*new*) work order with **** to fix the cooktop. - Despite prior (cancelled) order for keypad, a technician will have to come have out to (re-)diagnose ...

Oh great..the headaches have begun. Was assigned to this company from Assurant who holds the extended warranty on y Whirlpool refrigerator purchased from Lowes. Technician missed the appointment yesterday. Will not answer calls. Have sent mutiple online chat requests, emails, and text messages to the company but already getting the runaround with form emails and generic replies and the feeling that I am stuck in an AI chatbot endless loop. It's the middle of summer in ***** and my icemaker went out. Lovely. Thanks Nana.io for making it drag out even longer.

**** is ' A No Show' type company & the assigned Technician decided to go on a family vacation instead of fixing my broken washer! This company was assigned under the Allstate Extended Warranty purchased at *********** I will never use Allstate or ************ again! You never speak to an actual person so they can avoid your calls! ****** later this company had to pay me in full for my washer after alot of harassing emails i had to send up the chain of command! They never intended on fixing my broken washer but they sure expect payment up front! This company is a joke! They need to be shut down!

My elderly mother has been without a refrigerator for weeks! She bought her whirlpool refrigerator from ***** along with the assurant protection plan. Usually its just problems with her ice maker and ***** sends a technician from a repair company to fix it. This time, the problem is much larger and its the compressor. ***** contracted this out to ****. They scheduled a technician and when he called to confirm the appointment and was told it was the compressor, he said he could not fix it and would let the company know. I continue to put her availability in and they never make an appointment. We have tried calling and always get a voicemail. I emailed them and got this response My name is ****** from **** Customer Support team. I was able to pull up your work order and I have coordinated with our technical team to look for an available technician. Once it's confirmed, you will receive a notification via email. This was last week and still no technician or appointment has been confirmed. I keep re-entering her availability. When we contact lowes, they tell us this is the company they are working with and we have to work with them on this issue. Its very irresponsible and sad to have no accountability or transparency.

My brand new ******* washer purchased Feb 2023 through Lowes stopped working. I contacted ******* and they outsourced the job and sent a technician through Nana Technology. A Technician came to repair the washer and he didn't know what he was doing and flooded my brand new house causing property damage in the kitchen ceiling. **** filed a claim to his ******************** Clear Spring Property and ****************** Weeks later without any contact from them, their partner *************** sent an adjuster to my house to take photos. The adjuster worked for a third-party administrator, CCMSI. They emailed me on June 7 that they "don't cover any faulty workmanship and don't warrant insured work".I've contacted all three companies several times and no one returns my calls and occasionally respond back via text or email with minimum details. I'm now 6 weeks in property damage and NOTHING is being done.Lowes has taken ownership and replaced my washer but no one wants to be held accountable to fix the property damages. I now have to go through my homeowners and pay deductible. What's the point in having liability insurance if you don't cover the accidents your insured caused. **

You may be lucky to receive follow *** and responses from this company. Im a recruiter and I have sent over 60 professionals to their company, created a spreadsheet to keep track with each professionals jobs and etc. I receive 3 follow *** within 90 days with the capacity of professionals Im dealing with on a referral basis. I have not been paid til this day for ANY of the professonals. They promise $1K after the professionals complete 10 jobs. I had a up date with guys over 12 jobs complete months ago. Complete waste of your time send ****************** to a more professional company. Even my Pro's turn down my offer because they have already tried with this company and dislikes it ALOT. I thought because they are a new company I could service my niche in helping them expand, Boy was I wrong its been a total waste and a heaAppliance Repair dache. I have 10 times more turn around working with other corporations. These APP companies **** in my opinion! **** will need more improving internally before contracting and wasting professionals time and money.

BEWARE!!!! This company SUCKS!!! There is no phone number to call that you can actually reach and speak to a live person. The ONLY phone number listed forces you to submit a message and/or phone call request online. I have done BOTH several times now with absolutely ZERO response! My service was through an extended warranty program, yet **** incorrectly charged ME $200 to which, again, I have not been able to get a remedy for because I have been COMPLETELY IGNORED!!! The only reason I even gave ONE star is because you have to leave a rating in order in order to post your review. I have never, in my life, had such an issue with a company. Clearly, they could care less about customer service and will take your money and run. I'm currently seeking other avenues of recourse and am hoping I don't have to take drastic measures in order to get my money back.

Good morning, thank you for your review. We experienced a batch cancellation submission from your warranty company in error. Unfortunately the result of this was when the notification was received, the work orders were auto-completed and auto-charged. This issue has been resolved and parts ordered along with follow-up appointments scheduled. I see you have a scheduled appointment this morning to complete *********** with the parts that were ordered and delivered to your service location. I would like to be extremely clear that this was a system issue with no intended malice. Upon conclusion of your service today, your appliance will be repaired. If you find that you are still having issues after today's service we can address any further resolution that will meet your satisfaction. $70 was our diagnosis fee for the first visit. the remaining $130 is to complete the repair. which again is happening at this moment. Please let ** know if you have further concerns. We can be reached at *************** Attention Escalations Manager for further review.
