    I had scheduled ****'s through Lowes under a warranty plan. A tech had come out to assess what was wrong with the washer, the part to fix it was ordered. I was told to schedule appointment after the part was received. I scheduled an appointment and took the day off work so I can be there for the tech, I called about an hour before the end of the scheduled work window and there was no answer. shortly after the end of the scheduled window I received a call stating that they never knew the part arrived so they just weren't going to show up. I got in contact with ****'s support and requested a new tech for another day, again I had to take off of work to be there for this appointment. Patiently waiting again called about an hour before they were supposed to arrive and no answer or call back. I would like compensation for the days I had to miss of work for the techs that never showed, I have been out of a washer for over a month and missed two unnecessary days of work due to their negligence of customers. After that I get a notification the case was closed, they ran out of techs to help as the ones who no called now showed were no longer welcome to fix these issues. I get a bill stating that I owe for a part that was never installed and is under a warranty plan through Lowes! I called and was told that i would be taken off but it never was.

    How many bad reviews do you need? We had them do our front sidewalk and steps. In the very first year, there were two cracks all the way across. Now in the second year, one is lifting. He does not respond to calls or texts or he is, "out of town". They may give you a good price, but you will be paying for it tenfold later. You get what you pay for. Come back and fix it to run a good business! Sad.
