I recently bought a 2020 f250 from there it was my mistake for not looking over the truck for 2 hours to make sure everything is good to go but it was raining that day so I only took a 5 minute test drive. For starters the aliment is off on the truck the back left tire is all worn on both sides but the middle has a lot of tread. All the other tires are worn funky as well. The passenger blinker does not work. It has a big crack on the plastic passenger mirror. The driver passenger mirrors motor is messed up doesnt turn all the way which is a hazard same thing with the blinker. The hub caps on the truck are different they do not make sense. The front bumper where there lights are the lenses are cracked, I guess when you use the auto light feature on this truck at night it flashes people low beam and high beam the services tech ****** says the normal. The service tech if you have any issue and give them any difficulty they will start to get tough with you and call you bro like were like were friends of something. The professionalism of their service department is absolutely terrible. I would highly recommend going to ******* or ********* to purchase your next ***** Ps this truck was $46k I would think it would of been looked over better.

my husband and I car was getting towed by alexander ford to ************ house when the tow man arrived instead of double checking with us and calling us to ask what house he instead gave our car keys to a man next door who lied and said he was the mechanic he didn't verify or anything he just simply gave the man the keys and left. our car was stolen and we made a police report we now have our car back but the man that stole it still has our keys we are waiting for the police to get a warrant to arrest the man that stole our car . ***** the tow man lied to his boss ******* and said that didn't happen and ******* the general manager said he is not going to get in any trouble the tow man was very unprofessional and didn't even care that our car has been stolen neither did the general manager do not go to this business

We paid for the repair and key replacement.

Alexander Ford has done many things which are poor business practices. When buying a used car, the salesman stood in front of a broken door handle and insisted on riding in the seat with the broken handle so we would not get near it. Then he promised a spare key for the car, which was not delivered. With another vehicle, we called in to get an appointment for a recall. After arriving for our appointment, they had me stand outside in about 110 degree weather to talk with the service writer (and not another employee who could easily have handled this). Then after a little over an hour, we were called to pick up the vehicle because they did not have the part to fix the recalled vehicle. After reaching out to the general manager, he told me that there was no way he could babysit his 100+ employees.
