I recently worked at Premier Auto, and overall, it was a positive experience. However, the circumstances surrounding my separation from the company are troubling. I had requested time off for the first week of May 2024 (05/03/2024 through 05/10/2024), which was approved, as I was relocating from one situation to another. I managed this transition without breaching the original agreement set forth. Unfortunately, during this process, I was terminated from my position. I understand that Arizona is a right-to-work state, but I feel that I was unjustly dismissed. Furthermore, I had explicitly informed my immediate manager that I did not wish to enroll in any benefits, which required upfront payment, and I had also made it clear that I expected my paycheck to be handled properly. Despite this, upon receiving my final paycheck, I discovered that it was significantly short, totaling only $65 for my time with the company. Not only was I not provided with the assistance I needed to rectify this issue, but I was also subjected to racial slurs from a fellow employee prior to my termination. This behavior is unacceptable and deeply concerning. Despite my attempts to communicate with the relevant departments, I have been met with responses indicating that there is nothing further they can do. This lack of accountability is disheartening. I am unsure of the appropriate steps to take, but I am determined to pursue justice in this matter."Review from LeaveMeAlone A

This dealership is ridiculous and obnoxious that gatekeeps your buying experience and peace of mind. The first minor red flag is that you have to give them your information to view their inventory, but you cannot see the price once you can see their inventory. Now, their site does state that one of their employees will reach out to you, which is okay, but what they don't tell you is that they'll contact you several times even after you ask them not to. I tried to give them the hint that I'm not interested in shopping there, and politely asked them not to call me anymore. I received two calls from there a week later. I asked them again, please do not call me. Two days later, the same rep calls me and I said that I asked your company to stop calling me. "Well, are you in the market?" IT DOESN'T MATTER, I told them. I don't want anyone from your dealership to contact meever. A week later... I get another call. The person I spoke to apologized and said they'd remove my profile from their system. I DON'T WANT A PROFILE ON YOUR SYSTEM. Anyway, they apologized and assured me that they'd stop contacting me. Four days later, they text and call me. These people just can't get it in their heads that I don't want to speak to them. Avoid these people at all costs. If they continue to bother me, I'm going to consider an injunction if I'm able to.Review from Jaquelin R

Trying to refinance my car after 10 months of on time payments. Finding out my loan is more than twice the value of my car. I am not able to refinance my loan do to that fact or pay $12,000 to get to load value down to the car value. I was beside myself...I blame myself for not researching this in more detail but geez! I would NEVER recommend Premier ********** to anyone looking to buy a car that is for sure!Review from scott l

Kind of funny how all these people have issues . Yet Premier auto sales has a standard reply to any of he complaints logged against them .I have had my own issues with these crooks .For a company that is so blameless they got shut down on bell road and i5 th street .There were many different police agencies there . There were car haulers there , crime scene tape and people in handcuffs .See good things happen to people who do bad things.Review from Frances L

The worst place to get a car from my dad bought a July 1st and on July 18th the engine went out so they claimed they put a new one in mind you he didn't get his car back August 9th we are now on August 15th and the car won't start once again we've tried talking to the manager the sales person nobody will return our calls they basically sold us a lemon this place is such a ripoff now we are stuck paying for car that we can't even drive such ******** this place should be shut the f*** down and not even have a business running like this people buy cars to get them to and from work now to add a bill for a non working car is ******** what a joke!!!!!!!!!!Review from Frank R

2020 ************** purchased 04/2022 question ask for CarMax never saw one was told I would receive car *** 05/28/2023 *** in accident first collision bill $3,600 then collision from ***************** said totaled out prior existing accident sales men lied on question has *** ever been in accident salesmen said no salesman lied I have his name .Question because salesman lied and insurance paying only ****** leaving payoff balance of $6,000 plus change never would of purchased 2020 *** ***** collision from ***************** says who ever tried to repair *** never finish salesmen lied I do expect some kind of restitution and I will send many reviews on ****** auto premier salesmen lied lied liedReview from Juan E

I had bought a car didn't like it and return it back .. do to the payment where way to high to much money for the car parts where missing .they said there where going to fix it never did they answer so know I am try to get my down Payment back and nothing I even talk to the managerReview from Anne J.

I don't know if it is new Staff or what..after reading these HORRIBLE reviews. I went to Preimer on 10/15/2022. The minute I arrived a salesman ********************* greeted me before I really got out of my car...I told him I use to be a finance mgr at a new car dealership and please don't bs me. I tell you that was the best customer service experience I have had in a long time. Yes, I will refer my friends...I do no that 1st impressions says a lot...Oh, a mgr named ***** came out and introduced himself...Bottom line they went beyond my expectations....Review from Candance S.

This place is a complete ***************** farfetched in their ridiculous mass advertising. Their advertising couldn't be farther from the truth than a complete lie. I went ************* employee **** kept my driver's license & accused me of lying about it in front of a house full of ********************** Took my references that were for loan purposes & went after them before I left the parking lot to buy a car. Just the most ridiculous business I've ever encountered. If my identity is jeopardized in the future I will hold this sorry excuse for a company, responsible & expose them to all facets of the public. Never again
