BEWARE! If it were an option, I would give zero stars. I signed a contract with Solar Solutions July 2022. Install was supposed to happen prior to the end of 2022. Seemed like everything was going smoothly as TEP notified me of the plan approval end of August. Then crickets from the company. The only updates I received were when I reached out asking what was happening. Install didn't happen in 2022. In early January I contacted them again asking for a timeline. Many excuses but it took days before I got a return email saying project delays. This continued until I was past my *************************** the contract. After emails and calling, I received a phone call from the finance director saying that for my project to move forward, I would have to pay an additional $3000 as the cost in the contract was bid too low and not financially sound for them! And by the way, the panels in the contract were no longer available so they would be substituting panels and my production capability would be reduced. So pay more for less and we're well past the build days with no promises of when they might get around to installing my system. Felt very much like a "bait and switch". If you choose to go with this company, be prepared that costs and product may vary from what you sign a contract for! Look elsewhere!

The inverter on our system stopped working within a year of installation. I did not realize that I was not producing energy until I received an electric bill. I contacted Solar Solutions about the electric bills I was receiving and they said the replacement part had been ordered. It took over three months for the part to come in and I had over $400 in electricity bills. They said they would reimburse my bills to submit one-years worth of billing. I submitted the bills in November 2022. As of January 2, 2023 I had not been reimbursed and I called them again. They now tell me that I will only be reimbursed a portion of the bill. It is now February 1st and I still have not received a reimbursement. I also recommended this company to my neighbor and they paid in full for the panels in May 2022 and the panels were not installed until December. They too were promised reimbursement of electric bills because of delay in the install and to date, they too have not been reimbursed. I regret using this company and any referrals I made.

System was installed in 2018 and has yet to meet the projected energy production to reduce our electric **** as much as stated by salesperson so I do not believe the system will pay for itself for at least 50 years if it lasts that long. Disappointing time frame for installation, but online info of where they were in process was easy to access in 2018. Presently, the system has been producing zero energy since July and it is now November so it seems either the monitoring system or repair team is not quite as good as we thought it would be. When I phoned to inquire about non production I was told the system needed a new inverter and it was stated that it was ordered, but may never have been installed. It seems the record keeping may not be as good as it should be as I believe there should have been documentation on what happened to the inverter. I was told that I would be reimbursed for energy that was not produced and I hope those were not empty words as it has been 5 entire months. The staff has been friendly.
