    For 10 months the property management company has not stopped harassing me for $400 that section 8 did not pay them. It took until October for it to get settled but now they will not rent to me anymore, they have not serviced my apartment and I have been paying on time for 10 months Early by six days. This is cause strain and tension with the VA and the property management company and they refuse to correct it. I’m afraid my renters history is damaged by this even though I have been paying early every month without one missed payment. They will not resolve the issue and I have tons of supporting documents as well. Also, there has been a cockroach infestation in my apartment, I have been complaining for 10 Month St. and pest control has come into my apartment five times in 10 months. Nothing is getting done and they refuse to subtract it from my rent or do anything about it. They won’t break my lease and I am desperate for a resolution, I have mental health issues and memory issues and I am having a hard time solving this by myself. This is also affected my relationship with the VA to where now I have to get a new case manager because without the VA realizing it they were, causing more issues and confusing the property management company. Because of this, I am going to be homeless in February. It is so mentally tiring to have to worry about this every single day. To have to deal with cockroaches, crawling all over me and no one helping, I have , all of our text messages and emails saved in my phone, they were refusing to work with me. Please help me people have quit and gotten fired over this misunderstanding already, it has gone on for too long, and I am begging for a resolution. In the document I sent, this was in September 26 from person in charge of summit residential, they already knew I didn’t owe this money, and yet they were still harassing me weekly for it, and lying to me to get me to pay it.     We booked a rental house showing with Summit Residential Services. The day of the booking, I received a confirmation text to which I replied CONFIRM and received another confirmation text. Upon showing up to the home, we did not have a gate code from Summit to get into the location. I called 3 different numbers 8 times before someone answered and finally let us in. The person on the phone also confirmed we had the appointment at the time we were there. We finally got to the house, there was no one there. I had to call another 6 times to get someone on the phone, resorting to their "after hours" line, even though it wasn't after hours, in order to reach someone. They put me in contact with someone who could help who then said "I'm so sorry but the house is rented". The person who originally set up this showing did not contact me to cancel, not once. I had texted a number provided on my confirmation text asking for an immediate call to which I received a response "this property is no longer available". This is absolutely horrible customer service and way of doing business. My family and I drove 35 minutes to view this home after multiple confirmations about our showing, not only to have a completely frustrating experience trying to reach someone at this business but worse, to not be notified by the person who set up the appointment that the house was no longer available. I want to thank **** who kindly helped me when I was finally able to get a hold of someone. Unfortunately, ****** really dropped the ball on this. They did not cancel the appointment, reach out about the home being unavailable or call me back when I called several times. I only received the one text saying "this property is no longer available" AFTER we were already at the property. T This experience leaves a very bad taste for this property management company. I certainly hope a review of the customer service and business practices will be conducted.

    Hi ****** - Thank you for the feedback. I understand your frustration and this will be addressed. Sometimes we do have applications come in right at the same time we are set to show the home (or even while we are showing it). I will review with the agent as to why the gate code was not provided to you as part of the appointment. I also do see that your appointment was confirmed so additonally it will be reveiewed as to why the agent was not there to show it - even if we did get an application.
