******************* finish drywall in and painting my bathroom. He did an excellent job.

They do not answer work orders in a timely manner and the roof on my house has been leaking and there is black mold outside the bathroom window. I have put this work order in 3 times and have had three different companies tell them the house needs a new roof. We pay ***** a month for rent and they do not fix anything quickly. I have tried to call the lady that is managing the property, It says she will get back to you in 24 hours it's been 2 weeks and she has yet to call back from this phone call.

TERRIBLE PROPERTY MANAGERS. RENTED A NICE STARR PASS CONDO TO IMMATURE DRUG ADDICT. STRANGERS YELLING ALL HOURS OF NIGHT. TENANT PUT SIGN ON DOOR"COME BACK WITH A WARRANT," DIFFERENT PEOPLE MOVING IN AND OUT CONSTANTLY. ******* TOLD PLUMBER OK TO TURN OFF WATER TO ENTIRE BUILDING, (WITH 8 PRIVATELY OWNED CONDOS!), AND FT. LOWELL REALTOR NEVER NOTIFIED OWNERS THAT WATER WOULD BE TURNED OFF. I WOULD NEVER HAVE THEM MANAGE A PROPERTY. THEY'RE IMMATURE AMATEURS.

Dishonest thieves. They took over property mgmt in October 2022. I had been in the house since 2018 they raised the rent $700 efft 1/1/23 so I moved. Lived alone and my home was always clean. She did the first inspection on 12/3)22 and said there was no tenant abuse. Low and behold they are now claiming severe damage keeping my deposit and trying to bill me another $2400. I anticipated this took a ton pictures contacted a lawyer and I'm gonna get every ***** I can. All I wanted was my deposit but you wanna play we will play

If I could give them zero stars I would marry our property manager is absolutely nasty shes rude and screams at you on the phone when shes not happy with your answer shes upset We have to go to court because they think its OK to leave our house over 100 and say oh you shouldve known swamp coolers just **** like are you kidding me theyre maintenance men dont do anything they never answer the phone and Ive had nothing but disgusting experiences with this woman and their business do not go through them

I wasn't even given the chance to rent from them. I paid the application fee and went through the process. Was told I was approved was told I was approved on Friday and that they would be in contact with me for the lease agreement. Waited until the following Tuesday afternoon to follow up with them as I had not heard anything about the lease. I was told they would be sending lease agreement the next day. Asked for full security deposit which I wasn't prepared for at that moment since we wasn't set to move in until following Monday. They said at first they would work with me and then changed their mind listed the property and are now working with another possible tenant whose application hasn't even been approved yet. All of this after I went out of my way to get the FULL deposit they are asking for and now they are saying they will work with me after this other possible tenants app doesn't go through? Sounds like bs to me and a very shady way of doing business... I should've looked on here first before even paying their application fee. To know they have an F rating makes me wonder if I really saved myself from paying rent to slumlords.

The company will tell you that they will try to help find your next home however all they will do is take your money and say you do not qualify for any home on their list very unprofessional and rude when asking for a refund

Horrible compay. I moved into this property in Jan. 2021. Fort Lowll Realty took it over in May I beleve? It has been a battle with maintence. The windows did not have the seal around them. The first monsoon the windows leaked and water was on the floor in both the livingroom and one of the bedrooms. I called maintence they sent a man out to fix the windows quickly. The maintence man they sent refused to do the work. He left and said he wasnt going to fix it. It rained again that same night. About 1/4 inch of water on the floor in the livingroom and bedroom. The mattress and box spring were wet along with other items on the floor. The next day I called numerous times and left numerous messages, no one has responded to my compaint to this day. They did send someone out when I threatend to go to the news. This young man used white caulking around all the windows. We are not able to open the windows due to the caulk. It looks sloppy. He did say that he told them I needed new windows. I have called to complain about what is going on but instead of someone assisting me and taking the time to assist me, I was told to text my complaint to them. Very unprofessional.
