            I paid $100 for special laser treatments they talked me in to, and then went for several visits and did not receive them. I completed my 6 weeks of treatment and still never received them. They are refusing to refund me and then sent me a bill for $72. I asked for the overpayment for treatments to be applied to the refund and they refused. The billing manager then had the audacity to tell me I should ask my husband if I don't understand how billing and payments work. I paid for treatment and did not receive it. I want a refund for the overpayment and the rest to be applied to what they think is owed to them. I am a disabled veteran on a limited income and never even received help for my chronic pain.
