So had of experience with#ArizonaPainting, #arizonapaintingcompany . Arizona Painting Company first off they breached the contract. They were supposed to completely prime the walls did not. They were supposed to put two coates of paint on the walls did not. Got paint all over my furniture (causing at least $15,000 in damage.) Said they would fix it found, out how much it was going to cost, backed out. I have runs all over my walls, primer showing through the paint. I have paint on my floors, paint on my wood doors, paint on my Natuzzi leather couches, paint on my Copenhagen dining room furniture. Also paint on my sidewalks and patios, door sills, and jams. They've sent two crews out to fix it but still have not fixed it. Do not hire this company they are corrupt, incompetent and crooked they will do anything they can to steal your money, do a bad job and then leave. I had to remove and reinstall all my own fixtures covers, vents, and lights (all of which were covered with paint and I had to clean off some need replaced) they did nothing even though it was under contract. Be aware they say they do not have insurance to cover property damage, if they damage your property, and they will, you are out of luck. My wife and I have spent 33 hours of our own time correcting the mistakes and following their instructions of looking for new furniture before they change their mind and decided to renig again. Poured a half gallon of primer in my landscaping on purpose and covered it up so I would find it later as a final FU

      Mr. Fowler

As discussed in our previous conversation, Arizona Painting Company was willing to pay the full amount of the couches bought in 2009 at the price you originally paid for ($2,500), clean the water based paint specs off your dining room furniture, clean any areas of your concern, and replace any light covers that had paint on them.

When our Production Manager came out to your home to clean the areas of concern and schedule any touch ups, you handed him a rag, told him to try and clean the cabinet, and began recording and taking pictures of him with your phone when he was trying to clean. When he asked you politely to not film and take pictures, you refused and continued to record and curse at him. At that point, our production manager no longer felt safe, and left your home.

We have tried to work with you on the current situation and make things right, but hanging up and cursing at our employees will not resolve this matter. At this point in time, our employees no longer feel safe coming out to your home to try and resolve the situation, and we will be closing out your job.

No further contact will be made.

On April 15, Arizona Painting Company was instructed not to paint the lights in my Gazebo. The estimator, and both painters were instructed not to do so on said painting day. After finishing the project on April 16, I noticed that my copper lights were not masked as I previously requested and they were covered with black paint. I called the office immediately to complain about this issue as these are over $800 in copper lights that they had painted. Arizona Painting Company customer service manager, Sam ********r, left a voice mail stating that they take full responsibility for painting said copper lights and that they would get them replaced ASAP. To date, my expensive copper lights have not been replaced as promised by Mr. ********r and APC.will

We hired them to paint our house. Was mislead by salesperson thinking their application would fully cover stucco which it didn’t. He didn’t recommend a different application, so we agreed to what he presented. Per contract they were supposed to paint below ground line and scrape old paint which they didn’t. We pointed that out to the supervisor, he said they wouldn’t paint below grade. We should him areas that needed to be re- scraped. The crew did come back and addressed most of that. We asked him to look into what options we had on rolling the house (since spraying didn’t cover 100 of the stucco), we assumed he’d call/ come back for another walk through and answer to our questions… but instead we received a notice that they were pursuing a lien against our property. Our issue: painted house but stucco isn’t fully covered: house was sprayed not rolled. Many wood areas chipped since they weren’t scrapped. Foundation not covered since rocks not moved. No final walkthru. Lien on my house

Our project manager **** will be walking the job with the homeowner on Tuesday 5/18, we will make a list of outstanding items and schedule a time to resolve them as soon as possible.  Homeowner also stated that we placed a lien on their home but it was not a lien.   They received a 20 day pre-lien notice which is required by Arizona to be sent out to all projects that simply protects lien rights however it is not a lien.
