      I was originally told by the owner/mgr. of My Tucson Movers over the over the phone that my move would cost me$175.00 an hour for 3 men plus fuel and $150.00 deposit, which I would receive back after the move was completed. When Tuc. Movers got to my storage unit, they charged my Citi card $2200.00 for an aprox. estimate depending how long the actual move took. I have been through many moves and have never had to pay upfront before anything was completed. At the end of the move the driver told me that the move didn't take as long as expected, that I would receive the difference of hrs plus my $150.00 deposit which came to $480.00. The bill reflects that amount. I asked the driver when I could expect the credit on my Citi card he said it would be put in that day.. I checked my card it was never credited, I then contacted Mr. Rubin and told him my card was never credited to please do it again, he got very upset with me and started to argue with me, I told him I was going to contact other authorities about this and their unprofessionalism. I asked a friend and witness to contact him why he never credited my acct. for the $480.00, Rubin said he did, he did NOT. Tuc Movers also charged me $511.00 for packing supplies that I did not authorize or need because my previous move was already moved into my storage space. The only box I finally agreed to was for a large glass table top, nothing else. The mover got so upset with me because I was watching and told him I needed to have a few items put aside to be put in the house that the rest would go into my pod on property. He got very agitated with me and said" how do you expect me to put every item aside for your approval, you are hypervigilant, it will take us lot longer." I then got very uncomfortable and went in my car. I had no idea they were using more boxes, I had told him earlier that I had many in my storage if he really needed to use more. the rest would be going in my Pod on property. He deliberatley did what he wanted and did not listen to me. What I thought would be an easier move turned out to be a terrible nightmare. I have never been talked to or treated with such disrespect in my life. Please use extreme caution in hiring My Tucson Movers....

      The customer was charged according to the agreement based on an hourly rate of $175/hr with 1hr travel plus fuel. 
      According to her description the storage unit was packed and ready although she didn’t remember what size it was … 
      Once the guys arrived the unit was looking like everything was basically thrown in there without any care so in order to transfer the items they would need to be packed in boxes so everything can fit on the truck and transported safely. 

      The customer paid the deposit and once the job was completed received a refund the same day as it was sent to the customer as a proof via text message multiple times

      When I finished unpacking all of the boxes I was missing my step stool. I found other damage as well. One side of my oak desk was very scratched up as well as two noticeable gashes on my new dresser. I called the next day and I was told they would look into finding the step stool. I have made several calls with no response. Please note I am only asking for the cost of the step stool. I went to the location on my payment receipt no office there. I went to the 6080 Oracle location, once again no office. I hope this is all that is missing. I would not want anyone else to have this happen to them.
