      They took my **** Polaris RZR vehicle in after seatbelts were installed incorrectly and passanger door as well. They offered to check it out after becouse of my concerns related to their not demonstrating any care for safety. After those issues and checking out a tire we put a plug in becouse first off road ride on paved dirt road I got a flat.....cheep tires obviously. They they returned it with two used tires and keep saying they did not do anything to it. How can the tires from the back be so worn and my front look brand new? A **** Polaris RZR Turbo I would not shop there ever.

      We do inspect our vehicles at the time of purchase with all customers to ensure functioning properly from the factory prior to delivery. When we received the call from our customer that there were issues, we picked the vehicle up and assisted with minor adjustments. One seatbelt was found to be jammed slightly behind the passenger seat that was resolved by silting the seat forward. We did inspect all tires and our customer chose not to purchase new tires. No tire was removed or rotated during the inspection. Our customer had self plugged a tire due to a puncture while driving. This plug remains in the same tire. We strive to reach our customer's satisfaction with every sale. Our customer accepted a $200.00 gift card to be used towards any future parts purchase as a goodwill gesture for any inconvenience they may have experienced.

      I guess they have more business than they need. went to buy a new bike with a trade in and was offered $4000 less than book value. I would have had more respect if they just said they weren't interested. Even if I sell my bike myself I would not shop there again.

      Have been waiting for months to get part of my GAP insurance refunded since I payed it off early. Have taken days off just to go to the store and try and figure what's going on since my calls or emails aren't being returned only to be told once more I would get a call back from finance by the end of the day and still nothing.

      I took my X3 in for a prepaid service. When I picked it up they had missed some lube points. I showed the service rep ****** that they were missed. He said he would talk to somebody about it ,but his body language was about closing up shop and not the missed items. Since then I have not heard anything from Ride Now. No apology no communication, no care.

      Deceptive advertising. Advertised price confirmed in call to store. I then: 1) bought helmet, 2) got motorcycle insurance coverage, 3) arranged a lift from ******* to Tucson. I called back to make a deposit and secure the motorcycle...was told there were undisclosed "fees" of an additional 45% of the advertised price. Deceptive. Bad practice. Must be discouraged so that advertised price can be relied on by consumers. Businesses and industries only get away with this if we let them...let's stop letting them. Wouldn't we all be benefitted if advertised price = actual price?

      The Polaris 450 that I bought (plus warranties) from RideNow - East got wrecked. I took it to their repair shop to see what items were under warranty; none of it was, but I left it for them to fix anyway (against my better judgement). After a week, they called me back to give me the details of what exactly was broken and how much it would be to fix it. I was working with ****** in RideNow's service department. I told him that I only wanted the essential issues fixed and they could skip the aesthetic issues and he gave me a quote of $1587 to make the repairs and put down 50% ($793). It took them SIX WEEKS to make the repairs and when they called, they told me the repair price was an additional $1665. When I got to the shop to pick up the bike, ****** informed me that this was the price of labor that wasn't in the original quote. After some back and forth, I reluctantly paid the full price, but when I got it home I realized that some of the bolts were missing on items they were supposed to fix and some of the items on the repair list were still broken. I received an automated text message asking me if I was satisfied with my service and replied "no" and the response text said that a manager would be contacting me to improve my service; I haven't heard from anyone. Within a few days, I called ****** to tell him that some parts were missing and that some items were broken. He told me that they would come and pick the bike up, finish the repairs, and bring it back to me. Nobody ever showed up and I haven't received any follow up calls. The bike is still broken.1) Six weeks to make repairs on a bike with only $1500 dollars in damage?2) Quoting me a price and not honoring that price when I come to pick it up?3) No follow up from a manager, when their automatic text said they would?4)They didn't fulfill their promise to pick the bike to finish the repairs with no phone call?**I don't recommend taking anything to this company to get fixed**

      I took my CAN-AM Spyder to get my tire replaced on a Saturday morning which I had an appointment. They were unable to replace the tire because of short staff I was told. They had also given my a price to do an oil change in my can-am for $24.99 when I purchased the tire a week before. When I took it in to change the tire I told them about the Oil change and they told me it was going to be around $250. I did not do the oil change. I was also told that the can-am had some recall so we decided on a date to take the can-am back to replace the tire and perform the the recall. a week later I pick up my can-am and I noticed some plastic was loose. ****** took it back to the shop minutes later he told me that it was just the snap on and that it should be okay.11-1-2021 I decided to do a complete inspection of my can-am because I'm getting ready to go on a road trip and this is what I found out. The covers that were removed were not fully put back together they were loose, it had missing screws in multiple parts I had to go to drive to the store buy screws and nuts and put the parts back in place. I have a video that I took and pictures. the can-am was not taken into the shop with all this parts been loose. they did not care for the customer, customer satisfaction and safety was not met. Not a happy customer.

      First and foremost I would like to apologize for your recent first experience here at RideNow. Unfortunately we dropped the ball at the onset of our interaction and it appears your experience continued to deteriorate from there. In an effort at further transparency, I will say that there was an interdepartmental miscommunication resulting in incorrect information being initially conveyed to you regarding the price of the oil change for your Spyder. An issue that I will address immediately to ensure this will not happen again. I do apologize that it happened to you. That being said I would gladly honor the price of $24.99 (parts not included) should you elect to give us another opportunity to retain your business. Regarding the missing hardware and after some investigation on our part, I discovered that a specific panel was missing on your machine upon arrival and that this was known by all parties. Additionally, the recall performed affected 2 "push style" fasteners showing them to appear loose due to the addition of internal heat shielding installed as part of the recall. I am troubled that you did not reach out to your service adviser to give us the opportunity to replace the hardware that you found missing after the recall was completed as this would have been the ideal opportunity for me to address the issue and audit the recall process. Given the initial confusion surrounding the service pricing however, I could see how that might reduce your confidence in our service department. I would like to state that while our team members come to work to do their best every single day, they do, on occasion, make mistakes. Opportunities like the one you have provided us with here, give us the information we need to make improvements and work to avoid incidents like this from happening again in the future.       Hello ******************. Thank you very much for taking your time and reaching out to me in trying to make this right. I really don't have the time to load up my can-am and take it to get service and having to drop it off or to have to wait 3-4 hours for it to get service. I live on the other side of town and it would literally take me an entire day. That is the reason I wanted everything done at once because of time and vehicle expenses. I will give you the opportunity in making this right with a voucher or store credit. the missing nuts and bolts along with new new push fasteners have been replace. thank you for addressing this issue with your team. **************** and clear communication goes along way.
