I had a loan title loan with Cash Time on a 2002 BMW they defaulted on the loan and I believe they repossess the vehicle they refuse to give me any information or any of my documents that withholding my account documents that pertain to the defaults I requested them through the litigation department and spoke with ***** very very rude he refused to give me my documents telling me things that have nothing to do with my documents that I am legally entitled to have copies and I'm legally entitled to know why they do vaulted on me the reasons for that and repossession paperwork of my vehicleBusiness response

Mrs. ***** indicated in her complaint that Cash Time refused to give her copies of her loan documents and repossession paperwork. When Mrs. ***** spoke to Cash Time (*****) he indicated she could go to or call the office where she obtained her loan and they would be able to provide her copies of her loan documents. Mrs. ***** went by the Tucson office on 3/2/23 and was given copies of her loan documents. Cash Time did not repossess the vehicle, so there is no repossession paperwork to provide her. Cash Time was only a lien holder and was never the registered owner of the vehicle. Mrs. ***** abandoned her vehicle, therefore the Arizona Department of Transportation assessed the abandoned vehicle fee to Mrs. *****'s MVD record. Per MVD records the MVD did send out multiple notices to Mrs. *****'s place of residence notifying her of the pending abandoned vehicle. The vehicle title is now in the name of ***** ********** ***. which is probably the company that towed the vehicle.
