We ordered glass for a shower install and was paid for on 10 Aug and has had multiple delays. The excuses always are the vendor they get the glass from messed up. This is not my problem, they were paid in full when ordered and we were told two weeks to get and then install. There was a “wrong size” delivered a week or so ago. So the owner was going to call and rush the order for today 21 Sep. as per routine it did not show and they have only the excuse of tomorrow the owner will call the vendor to find out what is going on. This is the normal routine and now the supposed delivery time for shower glass is 4 weeks. I do not trust or believe a thing they say. The only contact we have with them is when we call them. They are passive and wait for an issue and appear incompetent.Business response

Sierra Vista Glass truly apologizes for the inconvenience. The delay has been has been in our our vendor Arizona Shower Doors. Our vendor communicates to us on delivery dates and we try to schedule installation after we received the glass. We try to forward that communication to our customer. We are dependent on a 3rd party and are trying our best to accommodate the best we can. The reason we are dealing with a 3rd party is that the glass needs to be a safety glass by code (TEMPERED), which involves special ovens and processes. I communicated with Arizona Shower Doors and communicated that delivery of the tempered shower glass should be shipped on 9/28/21. Thank you for the understanding and patience.
