I took my 2009 Maserati to Pancho to do a headliner. He did the headliner and returned the vehicle, but all four pillars are now bubbled and not even clipped back in correctly. The vehicle is filthy with foam and footprints everywhere. I went and asked him to make it right because they were not damaged prior to the job. He said they were old and to "google it" i advised him he is a professional and i came to him for his expertise. He never said they might get damaged or recommended replacing as well. He didn't even tell me about the damage just had me pick it up. I have photo proof of the before pillars which I showed him. He also said i only paid $600 which was his asking price like I got it for cheap. He then proceeded to want to fight me because of the damage of my car. This is the 2nd time he has damaged my vehicles but the 1st time he made it right. Wouldn't recommend.Business response

To whom it may concern ,
regarding this complaint ,Mr.****** failed to mention he was very rude and aggressive when he called, we told him bring the car back to see what the problem was, he stated the side pillars. He brought the car and continued to be rude .
The side pillars and the headliner are 2 separate jobs.
We have been in business for over 32 yrs and we do hundreds of headliners, but once again the headliner and the side pillars are 2 separate jobs. The car is a 2009 if the headliner was
bad the pillars most definitely will be bad ,the pillars usually go before the headliner. If you go online you can read several situations about the pillars and the headliner going bad. Mr.****** sent pictures of the car , I would
like to see pictures of the pillars before he brought the car if he says we ruined it, which is utterly impossible, I could understand 1 pillar but all 6 , that is a real coincidence. Mr ****** went on to insult us and say we did not
know what the hell , we were doing, if that was the case why did he come back to us a second time. In closing I would like to say this complaint is ridiculous, he paid for a headliner and that is exactly, what he got, he was never
charged for side pillars therefore they were not touched. Also the cars ****** has brought us are from auctions which have many issues , he is a dealer at All cylinder auto. We are professionals and we know our job that is why
we have been here so long. Thank you for your time.
