I or about September 20th I went to Auto Zone and they ran a check on my truck do to dash light and provided me with a print out of th code. This showed the break sensor on right front wheel was not sending info to on board computer. I went to Motor Works and made an appointment for September 28, 2023 for repair.Discussed that where I live there are pack rats and it was probably a wire chewed in half and about splicing the wire if possible. On September 28 I dropped if truck about 8:30AM and provided them with print out from Auto Zone. Got a call about it could be under warranty so I called dealer and was told not covered. I had a friend drop me off about 4:30PM to pick up truck. I was charged for diagnostic charge and replacement of wire. I was told the wire was spliced and not replaced but charged for a replacement and diagnostic. There is obviously fraud involved at this business.Business response

Mr Gary Meyers complaint has been taken care of on 11/17/2023. He was not satisfied with charge. I gave him a full refund and thank him
for feed back. I have attached refund Copy of refund invoice. if a signed copy is required I can supply. please let me know

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 20711331, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Date of Service: March 4th to present I have paid them: $2,396.29 to date. It is still ongoing as I don't have a most recent estimate and car is at shop again. Business has a 2yr parts/repair and the engine has a 12mo or 12,000 miles. whichever is first. Car keeps breaking down and I cannot reach them by phone. They make promises. No they have not resolved the issue. Work order numbers are: Invoice#***** and #*****. Engine invoice #*********Business response
