      CAUTION TO THE CONSUMER. I had a terrible experience with Temperature Control **** in ****** during the summer of 2022. Technicians came out several times to repair my AC due to rodents chewing through wires and damaging different parts even after they installed a pack rat protection kit that wasn't effective. After the 3rd visit they started to ignore my calls to check in to see if the parts they claimed to order finally arrived. At the time I was staying in a hotel because the temperature in ****** was consistently above 110 degrees during the day time and they left me with no working AC in my home. When I finally got a hold of someone in the office it was made clear by tone, language and general lack of action that the company was not going to help me. The employees of the company neglected me as a customer in hopes that the problem would just disappear. They did not execute the communication skills or take the appropriate responsibility of admitting where they stood in their ability to resolve the problem. Ultimately, I was exhausted from being displaced from my home due to the treatment I was receiving from this company as well as feeling financially taken advantage of through these circumstances. I certainly hope the character of the employees has improved since that time and advise anyone who is seeking their services to proceed with caution.

We understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with multiple issues and extended delays, especially during such a hot period in *******Unfortunately, the delay was due to the wait for necessary parts to arrive, which we needed to complete the repair. We understand this is not an excuse for the lack of communication you experienced, and we are truly sorry for any stress and discomfort this caused during your time in a hotel.We take your feedback seriously and have since worked on improving our communication and customer service to ensure such situations are handled more effectively. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future and regain your trust.Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, and we apologize once again for the inconvenience.

      I had a great experience with *****. He diagnosed my Kohler generator problem and gave me options. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and technically very competent. I am glad to have him as my Kohler maintenance customer support.
