    I have been a customer of ***** Air ********************** since 2006 and the first ***** years of service they were extremely helpful and great at meeting appointments and scheduling in advance with no issues or missed appointments,since we had them install a new system in 2019 the service has been getting less dependable and missed appointments with no notice till late afternoons after waiting all day,now they are sending texts for confirmation to someone who has asked that they call instead and constantly trying to upsell all their services and *********** I have to disagree with their claim that they are so great for service that you will want them to fix everything.I will be looking for a new Air Conditioning and Heating company that cares about actually performing service for their customers no matter where they reside.

    Tim Cabo did an excellent job. Very professional and detailed about his service pleasant to work with. Will definitely ask for him next time you proceed with our family plan maintenance.
