I wanted to apply. *** sent me an email with the link to apply for the unit. It brought me to an error page. When I let her know, she offered to send me paper applications to complete. I completed and sent them back, along with a couple of questions I had.*** told me to just apply online for any apartment and everything will be modified when submitted. She did let me know that the website was working again and that she'd resend me the link to apply. She never did. I completed the application to apply for any apartment and paid the fees online. I was waiting for my roommate to complete his. Thankfully he never did.After a day of consideration and digging into the reviews here and on other sites, I decided to withdraw my application. I called and nobody answered. I called again hours later and nobody answered. I went back to the property and asked *** to withdraw my application and she asked me, "So you don't want to move forward?" No. I don't. She said that she'd withdraw it. I asked her about the funds that I had paid and if/when those would be refunded. She said that they would be refunded. I asked her if she was going to process the withdraw and refund at that time. She told me that she wasn't able to, that she had to get with her manager first. But assured me that it would get done.It has been days now and I have not heard back from anyone at this property. Nor have I received any refund or notification that my application has been withdrawn. I tried to call again, but of course, nobody answered. I left a voicemail asking for the manager to call me or send me an email. Nothing. I'm grateful, that the management staff showed their true colors before I ever signed a lease there.I did hear from ******, a manager. However, she said that it was a known issue and that she'd work with the other company to get my $360 back in application fees. I haven't heard back from her in weeks.Initial Complaint

Hello here's the thing about my apartment. I my apt number is AY ****. on 6/11/2023 and turned in all my mailbox keys and AY **** house key and garage key. The receptionist checked the number of keys and asked me to write down the return address of my deposit and left me. But until today I have not received any check for the deposit. I have been calling and emailing them all this time and they have not responded to any of my emails. I called the cell phone again on 07/19 and a lady answered the phone and I explained my situation and that I had not received my deposit check back. She actually said that I had not given them any deposit! This is ridiculous, I signed a contract with them, and the contract has the amount of my deposit on it! They said I didn't pay any deposit, so I emailed them and sent them the contract again, and she said on the phone that she would talk to her manager about it. But to this day I still haven't heard anything back. I feel this is fraudulent behavior.Initial Complaint

I signed a lease for this apartment which I have given the office a list of complaints. weekly I have had to go to the office and ask when will they fulfill their part of the agreement - meaning the lease. It took over a month before they finally got me a decent working washing machine. I have complaint about the dishwasher and all they have done was send a maintenance man to the apartment and he turns it on to make sure it runs. The dishwasher has a very bad order like someone died in there. Once you open it up the whole dishwasher falls out of the hole. I am not able to stack my dishes in it for fear once I open it everything will fall out. I have complaint about the draw in the kitchen not in the hole properly it falls out if you don't hold it while it's open. I pay extra which wasn't an option for trash pick up in which I didn't have an option but no one picks up my trash nor have they given me garbage can for the trash. I have complaint about the toilet seat not fitting the toilet and not solid on the toilet. I have had to buy my own toilet seat. There is no hinges on the mirror in the bathroom when opening, it swings into the wall mirror. The rod for the shower curtains is barely hanging it's coming out of both sides of the wall. I have asked them to replace the weather strips on both doorways due to the air from the outside comes in and my air conditioner is going out under the doors. I have asked if they would either replace the microwave or come fix it the top part came off two days after moving into the apartment. I have spoken with both representative who works in the office as well as the lady - ***** who is in charge and they continue to tell me someone is coming to the apartment to fix what's wrong.I am paying over ******* a month to live like this. I have shared my unhappiness with them and I am ready to leave. I should not have to live like this paying this much money. I have also asked them to fix the thermostat not working as it should.
