• Section 1 – Returns on products:Since all 3monkeys products are made to order no refunds are available unless the product was defective or wrong.In order for the product to be wrong it does not match and/or contradicts proof and/or written order criteria. Orders being claimed as wrong must be brought to our attention within 7 days of receiving the product and in the case of business cards, postcards, flyers etc. less than 20% must have been distributed. Re-runs are always preferred over refunds.In order to be defective the product must have been used/handled in the products intended purpose and not have held up to stated standards. Refunds for defective products are only available for 90 days from date of receiving the product. After 90 days only store credit or replacement are available. 
  E.g. - Indoor banner stands used outdoors cannot be refunded, we offer outdoor solutions. Section 2 – Returns on designFull refunds on graphic design are only available before the design work has been started.No design refunds are available after first proof or after 90 days from date of design payment.If the design has been started but the customer changes their mind and/or their situation changes before the project is completed a partial refund may be available. A credit is more likely and will be decided on a case by case basis. Section 3 – Pre-Paid OrdersPre-paid orders are only subject to a refund for 45 days and must be prior to the start of production. If any design has been started for the job the refund will be for the original amount less design fees.If after 45 days you need to cancel your prepay order you will receive a store credit for the original amount less any design and/or product(s) that were already produced.
